Stayed at the main building on the 4th floor at 402 the room itself with bedding quality was good. Staff should improve theirs English language level which is essential. Only Claudia from reception, Maria from restaurant and a couple of bartender at pool bar speaks English. If you are an English speaker you ll need to find them )) Apart of language barrier, they all are nice and friendly people. You feel like you are in a small community neighbourhood. During the stay Entertainment team (Animacion) never speaks English language which is really rude against British hotel guests, because i talked one of them and she speaks English well tbh. Whenever they anounce for an event they only talk/anounce in Spanish! The hotel management should warn them because we were total of 4 British citizen who stayed there and they never came even say hello. And "entertainment" is mostly focused for kids unfortunately. At least, we were expecting some shows at night time. Apart of that you can borrow pool/sea towels from reception against 10 Euros deposit per towel which is really 👍 Food was NOT repetitive during our stay, hotel feeded us every day with nice foods. For 3 stars hotel buffet we can't complain the buffet which was decent and fair. Good offer; 4 x bottled 5cl J&B whisky, 4x Bottled coke, 2 x 0.5 water and a pack of crisp only 25Euros!👍 Decent size pool, not small as some other 3-4 stars Spanish hotels. sea is less than 30 seconds walk
Annex building is newer and larger than main building room which all have large balconies, but main building rooms has no balcony unfortunately. So next time i am going to stay at annex building for sure!
I believe entertainment staff could improved very quickly. Therefore this small issue did not impact my review score.
Would we stay at Hotel Alcossebre again, the answer is "yes"!

El hotel está muy bien situado. El personal es muy agradable. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, el cuarto de baño pequeño y necesita remodelación. Buffet poco variado pero correcto.
La ubicacion
Necesitan las habitaciones un lavado de cara , esta todo con ese color beige que tira para atras un poco de gusto y quitar la bañera i poner plato de ducha
Estaba limpio.
Buena piscina y temperatura
Tener que esperar para entrar a las comidas y cenas. Mucha gente y poco sitio.
La escasa variedad de comida en las comidas y cenas. Siempre lo mismo.
Me gustó el hotel en general en si, la limpieza excelente, los trabajadores super amables, sobretodo las chicas que hacían las habitaciones, son un encanto!
La animación por la noche también muy bien. Hemos estado muy a gusto.
Por poner un pero, pondría más variedad de sabores en el buffet, pero la verdad es que por el precio que pagamos la pensión completa más que una queja es una sugerencia.
Ubicación y tranquilidad para familias con niños.
La comida, lo unico el desayuno y es sencillo
A medio dia es todos los días lo mismo, pasta y arroz, muy mediocre y la cena mas de lo mismo.
El agua de la piscina deja, los bañadores claros, verdes, lo s estropea.
El colchón horrible.
El personal, todos atentos , amables y sonrientes.
El suelo de la zona piscina resbalaba.

Buffet un escándalo vergonzoso para el precio q se pago
Me gustó que estaba en un punto perfecto, cerca de todo pero sin la aglomeración típica de estar en primera línea de playa.
Si quieres mucha tranquilidad no es lo ideal, van muchas familias con niños, pero bastante bien.
El tema del desayuno es imposible, tienes que ir muy pronto para tener sitio.

Ubicación muy buena. Los trabajadores del hotel muy agradables y serviciales y las instalaciones de la piscina y el bar un sitio agradable
Lo peor el comedor, mucha espera para comer (colas largas que al estar el comedor en la entrada del hotel y de la recepción da muy mala imagen, pues entras en el hotel y ves una larga fila de gente esperando, que te dan ganas de salir corriendo) ya que el comedor es pequeño y la comida poco variada y de poca calidad.
Tampoco me ha gustado que en el baño de la habitación sigue habiendo bañera en vez de ducha y eso es muy incómodo y peligroso para personas mayores. Y que en algunas habitaciones no había terraza, sino que había ventanales. Tampoco había sitio para tender las toallas y bañadores, había que tenderlos fuera de la habitación en los pasillos que estaban al aire, por lo que la imagen del pasillo con toda la ropa tendida tampoco da muy buena imagen.
Es perfecto para pasar unos días de descanso.
En general todo esta bien, buena relacion calida precio.
La comida con la variedad que hay, que no es exagerada pero esta bastante buena y siempre habia varias opciones de pescado y carne.
