Nice facilities, but misleading breakfast and poor customer service ruined the experience.
Pros:

The room was a good size and clean. The pool and jacuzzi were nice.

Cons:

The hotel advertised a buffet breakfast, but it was not a buffet. We were limited to one option, which was misleading and not appropriate. The staff were also rude when we asked about it.

There was only one and a half toilet paper rolls which seemed unnecessarily cheap, the air was so dry in the room I woke up struggling to breathe several times, and there were kids running up and down the hallway playing and waking me up continually.

Disappointing
Pros:

I went specifically because they had a hot tub and pool, with my daughter. The hot tub was broken and the pool was in need of painting, it looked very very dirty. Many people commented about this. I was there to have a fun relaxing night at the pool, with my daughter…. It was very disappointing.
