Wi-Fi does not work!! Employees/operator are clueless!
Pros:

If you need to use your computer for work or anything you don’t have WI-Fi. When you ask people about it at front desk they tell you it will be working shortly (it never worked the 4 days I was there), or they knew nothing. Most seemed not to care. Stay somewhere else.

Terrible business
Pros:

An unauthorized reservation was made using our company credit card. We discovered it and contacted the hotel within an hour to cancel. Despite acting immediately, the hotel refused to issue a full refund and returned only 50% of the charge. What made the situation even more frustrating was that a manager told us they would take care of it and provide a full refund, but that promise was not honored. We are very disappointed with how Holiday Inn handled this situation.

My room was comfortable, clean and organized.
Pros:

The breakfast is good. I only ate breakfast once in the dining room and grabbed a bagel for my drive home.

Cons:

The morning I ate in the dining room it was very busy and crowded and loud. I prefer a more quiet atmosphere.
Also, my tv wasn’t programmed with channel names. I got frustrated and didn’t even try to watch it.

Biggest waste of 179 dollars.

Beds were really hard, coffee maker in my room was DISGUSTING, and im pretty sure one of the beds in my room wasnt changed before my check in. It looked slept in when I arrived. I paid 129 PLUS a nonrefundable pet fee of 50 dollars for 1 night and my dog was cleaner than the stuff in my room. 328.

We loved this place when we stayed here in 2025, unfortunately will not return.

Location was right where we needed to be

Cons:

Site wasn’t as clean as it was when we stayed there almost a year ago to the day. Mold growing out of the coffee pot in our room. Could not adjust the thermostat on our room down to 70 or below.

Hotel needs updated. Carpet stairs stained everywhere, tiles falling off in bathroom, smoke filled out room and hallway
