The room is dirty, smells of mold, and there are bloodstains on the sofa. I don't know what the manager is thinking, but it's scary to stay here.
I don't know if I'll get my money back, but we refused to stay at that hotel.

Cons:

The ice machines were all broken, and the beds were really hard. Housekeeping came in but didn't leave any towels, went to get some, and there weren't any available.
I had tried to change my dates, then withdrew my request and paid for my stay online. Then the hotel tried to charge me for half my stay again, after I was already checked into the hotel and had paid for both nights and paid my security deposit.
The elevator quit working and had to be reset, sure glad we weren't inside.

Quality customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
Pros:

Staff was super helpful and very eager to correct things that were wrong with our stay. We were extremely impressed with their quickness and professional service.

Cons:

Our reservation was randomly canceled that afternoon and the man at the desk was prepared to update the issue and give us the room we had originally reserved. In the morning, one of the showers we had was ice cold. The other one wasn’t. When we reported it, the lady automatically gave us a discount before we had to ask for one. She understood without us saying that a hot shower is to be expected during a hotel stay.

Couldn’t beat the price at the time and the location is prime

Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. I like that they extend it to 10:30 on weekends. Nice indoor pool. Rooms were clean and comfortable. One of the treadmills in the fitness room didn't work, but the other equipment was fine. Good location, close to many restaurants and other attractions. Overall a good value.
