Great stay, great staff, definitely recommend!
Pros:

Staff was awesome and helped my family a lot. The room was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Cons:

One of the beds was softer than I prefer, but not a big issue.

Cons:

Half assed covered up plumbing repairs in the bathroom. Didn't let us know the continental breakfast area was under remodel (has been for awhile). Refrigerator didn't work. Drink vending machine was empty, except for A&W root beer.

No free breakfast. Residual smoking odor in room.
Pros:

Websites advertised free breakfast. There was none. They were remodeling so that area was closed. I wish we had been warned while making the reservation, we could have gone elsewhere.

This hotel was clean, but had a bad odor, and the breakfast was minimal.
Pros:

The facilities were clean.The people were friendly and tried to be helpful.

Cons:

The hallway and room smelled like a cigar. The breakfast offerings were very sparse. We had to go through barricades roads to get to the property - not the hotel’s fault, but a definite problem. The front desk did not know where The Duck Inn Supper Club was located in Delavan. It has been a popular restaurant for decades.

Not worth the price
Pros:

It was fine, just fine.

Cons:

The price was too high. It was a holiday weekend and we expected to pay a little more but the price we paid was outrageous!
