Nice enough
Pros:

Great location. Huge space. Lots of very affordable car parking available. Everything seemed nice enough. Leisure facilities nice however everything was quite cold when I went for a morning swim. Staff also polite and friendly.

Cons:

The outside lights are very bright and stay on so it was a struggle to sleep. Cleaning is standard…it doesn’t look like it gets deep cleaned which is a shame. Room rate higher than I would give this property for the overnight stay but I guess the golf onsite means they can charge extra

Relaxing and positive experience staying at this property
Pros:

Upgrade of room as blinds were broken in allocated room. Room upgrade was more spacious.
Great breakfast and friendly staff
Pool to unwind

Cons:

Steam room wasn’t in operation when we stayed and jacuzzi was not warm

Nice stay
Pros:

Hotel and staff were lovely- we stayed in the lodges

Cons:

Spa was a let down- pool was very cold and when we mentioned this the staff said it has been notified to the manager they are having problems with the pools temperature

Nice hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel, clean, and nice spa facilities.

Cons:

The pool was cold.
Steam room wasn't working.
The blinds in the room didn't stay open, so couldn't see out without opening the window (but the window also didn't stay open), but also didn't keep all the light out, so this made the room bright for sleeping.
Only given one bath towel in the room.
