Location parking good food staff helpful & friendly
Unfortunately in our room plumbing noise in early morning sounded like a pneumatic drill woke us up several times
Room was great, staff were great, location great for access to motorway.
Nothing.
Room had beautiful view over golf course. Was very comfortable and shower was amazing.
I little noisy in room through night with other guests but also ? the lift.
Location and standards. Location is easy for access to both Birmingham and Coventry, ample parking. Great views of the golf course. The Hotel and its facilities are spotlessly clean and of a good standard and the staff are all warm and welcoming
The biggest issue the Hotel has is the Pool facilities are leased and managed by a third party. Doors hanging off in the changing rooms, steam room not been working for weeks and an obvious lack of money being spent to maintain standards to that of the hotel. The sauna worked and you could swim in between classes of the pool being full of aerobics. Shame as it reflects on the Hotel which is unfair and the Hotel must surely have put in the terms of the lease something to ensure maintenance to certain minimum standards. Not at all a reflection on the hotel or its staff but needs to be addressed
Good food in restaurant
Very small room, noisy from road behind room. Access to pool should be included as part of staying in the hotel-£25 charge way too high for this access
Beds are comfy
Views nice
Bar staff nice
Reception staff lacked customer service skills.
There was an awful smell on the stairs leading to the floor for rooms 10+
Pillows were old and lumpy
Food at the event was bad
Had to pay to park
Convenient location, ample parking and good facilities for the price. The hotel is warm and well heated, not too big which makes getting around great and the rooms had good black out curtains. Lovely view overlooking the golf course.
The spa facilities are ok, the sauna was the best part for us.
For served in the restaurant - pub like style menu and was decent (although the triple cooked chips managed to be soggy and hard at the same time).
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Overall ok for the price paid.
Pipes make a lot of noise, so when the heating came on a couple of times in the night, it did wake me up.
Steam room felt like there was a lack of consistent steam, which slightly let the experience down. Jacuzzi felt a little cold. Minimal deck chair style seats, which can mean you struggle to truly relax at busier times.
The public areas are very nice and the location excellent. The breakfast was very good quality and served in a nice restaurant with linen table cloths etc.
The room was small and looked to be a converted stable block. The noise from the room above was too easily transmitted. You could hear every footstep. The room was more small motel but the public spaces were more up market country hotel.
It was OK but being charged £5 a night to park was both unexpected and unwelcome.
Staff were friendly, bed was comfortable.
Could hear people talking & walking through corridors throughout the night. Could hear doors opening and closing at all hours. Throughout the duration of the night we were woken several times by some kind of pump, we think this may have been a water pump that started up every time some used the water or maybe the toilet. It was very frustrating and disturbing to our sleep, so much so that we hardly slept.
The pool was dirty with clumps of hair floating around and cloudy water. No privacy in the small changing rooms.
We had 2 separate bookings for the 3 nights we were staying there because it was over New Years Eve and the NYE deal only included a 2 night stay but we booked an additional room and the staff on the front desk were really helpful in ensuring we were kept in the same room which was useful because I had my elderly Mother with us!
Nothing could have been any better in my opinion.
Struttura molto grande, ottimi servizi ed il ristorante del albergo offre un menù molto interessante e di qualità
I materassi e i cuscini sono da cambiare, molto vecchi e se becchi la stanza sbagliata ti svegli con mal di schiena
