The breakfast wasn’t great and neither were the spa facilities, however the room was lovely clean and comfortable, the course itself was beautiful and the food and staff were lovely. The masseuse that I had was amazing.
The facilities for the spa weren’t great, wasn’t quite what we had hoped and the location isn’t very good
Oh I absolutely loved this place. It really was the ultimate rest - which was what I booked it for
My only regret is that I didn’t have longer to enjoy all that it had to offer
Good facilities in good location
Ground floor accommodation facing car park
Staff were pleasant except one lady on reception who was abrupt and not pleasant to her colleagues.
The evening meal was good and those serving were very accommodating.
my son and wife were booked into a very tiny room until we paid extra to upgrade which was not straightforward. The coffee served at breakfast was disgusting had to pay extra for a good coffee why??

The building and grounds look lovely and there is plenty of parking. Liked the restaurant and bar. The reception area was nice.
Nothing I didn’t like. The bathroom could be updated and the furniture could have better storage space for clothing.
Was disappointed the jacuzzi was open to the pool and so was cold water rather than warm
The warmly feel inside of the hotel and the hotel rooms were very spacious . The restaurants within the facility were so nice and clean. Food was exceptional
The only thing was the pool, it was way to salty to swim in and too much smelly stuff in the jacuzzi thinking it was maybe to relax people but it wasn’t the nicest smell .
Fantastic breakfast, friendly staff, great steam room and sauna.
Unfortunately because of its position it was difficult to catch a bus into Coventry.
Jacuzzi was a bit cold.
View was very good. Food was good. Building is good . Bit of a job finding the way to certain bars and venue rooms as signs a little vague. Room was good.
Bed was lumpy so being hard too it wasn't a comfy nights sleep. Personally i didnt find some of the staff helpful. The signs in building are vague so until you know where you are its hard to find your way about , little help from staff especially reception young guy. Big hair in bathroom so not cleaned very well
