Just what we needed when catching up with relations!
Pros:

Evening meal in the Bar are was good and the breakfast was exceptional, Thank You All!

Cons:

Only a couple of longish walks to get around, bot doable!

Good but not 4* AA standard.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Nice main building.

Cons:

Rooms very dated, carpets grimy - most definitely not 4* standards. Coffee cups were mis matched and dirty so was the spoon. Kettle was tarnished with limescale build up. Only one biscuit for two people? No towels in the swimming pool - had to walk back to the room and get our own and then walk to reception to request more to be dropped off. This is simply not acceptable for a 4* AA establishment. Staff should arrange for more towels at the pool later I also saw a massive stack behind the smaller kiosk in the leisure area? Lady on the front desk was lovely.

Coventry visit
Pros:

Very easy to get to and very convenient for my trip. Great room very comfortable bed.

Pros:

The staff were amazing, and the location and scenery beautiful

Cons:

The pool and jacuzzi were so cold and no one mentioned it when i went to use them. The room was nice but a little dated and smelt a little bit damp.
