Pros:

Nice spa and staff

Cons:

Bedrooms and bathrooms was dirty there was bugs in mine. Can hear people above me and next door. Can hear people go up and down stairs all night so no sleep. Then 9:30 am domestic staff came banging on the door to clean but checkouts at 11 am. Even after saying no. Opened the door with their key

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable stay

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful
Breakfast was lovely
Location was good

Cons:

The pool facilities were grubby
There was no tea/coffee in the room, but the staff did get us some immediately.
I had to pay an additional £5 for the car park

Cons:

I got charged £50 on my card instead of a holding amount which had to be credited. I'm still waiting for the credit

Great apart from the waiting staff
Pros:

EVerything great with the hotel

Cons:

Went to restaurant at 9 (as info said order by 9.30).
The waiter insisted it was closed for walkins - I pointed out the info given on checkin.
I asked for a table that would seat 4, so I could cathchup for work next day, he said it was all set up for tomorrow ?
I asked to speak to manager who said the waiter was talking rubbish and provided a good dining experience.

So look out for waiting staff pushing away customers because they cant be bothered with customers lol

Pros:

The leisure facilities were excellent, staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially in the lounge bar. Food excellent. Would recommend.

Cons:

Room was too close to road and could still hear the traffic but it didn't stop us from having a good sleep.
