Gutes Hotel in hervorragender Lage.
Pros:

Hervorragende Lage direkt am See. Reichhaltiges Frühstück, das auf der geräumigen, sonnigen Terrasse zwischen Hotel und See eingenommen werden kann. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Bads könnte an der einen oder anderen Stelle besser sein. Die letzten noch freien Parkplätze erfordern einiges Rangieren mit dem Wagen.

Not maintained at all. Good staff
Pros:

Good service. But hotel is not maintained.
We have spent 2 nights in the hotel. See view room. The sleeping area is ok. But the cupboard space is enough for 1 person for max 2 nights. Bathroom. Is so small that you can get claustrophobia 😉 and with rast and damages. I recommend not take take a room on the 3rd floor right side. They have an air cleaning system for the restaurant above the rooms. Until 10pm you will hear a disturbing voice. Parking. A mess. A real mess. Staff is though very friendly but obvious that that the owner does not want to invest in this place just take money out. No air condition. No water served daily in the room though claimed as 4 star. Cleaning only every 2 nd. Day. Though you can ask extra to clean. Wellness. Very simple. But there are no fresh towels. Nothing. Again not about the staff but the ownership and management of the hotel.

Beautiful venue - watch the small print.
Pros:

This hotel commands a fantastic location on the banks of the Berg. The staff are friendly and accommodating if not worldly wise. The Spa facilities are minimal but adequate for the paying guests. We had the same menu for the two nights we stayed, which was disappointing, and beware that you get charged if you want to switch out on your menu choice. My husband asked to swap his fries for sauté potatoes (already an accompaniment to another dish on the menu, and we were charged €2.50. Whilst that is insignificant when our group spent over €400 each night, it was the principle. Apparently it said it on the menu but it was all in German! This seems churlish to charge for a swap and somewhat tarnished our experience of dining here.

Frühstück war gut…

Cons:

Zimmerlage war im Haupttreppenhaus. Es war nachts extrem laut. Man hörte alles was unten im EG bzw. Rezeption los war. Das reden der Mitarbeiter und das geräuschvolle Aufräumen im Restaurant teilweise bis 1-2 Uhr morgens. Kurz darauf ab ca. 5:30 Uhr dann das Reinigungspersonal. Bodenwischer aufklappen, Bodenwischer zuklappen, Flurture auf, Flurtüre zu… etc. Kaum Schlaf möglich bei dieser Zimmerlage. Hätte man besser kein Zimmer daraus machen sollen…

Wieder sehr erholsame Freundinnentage :)
Pros:

Die unglaublich ruhige und schöne Lage am See mit herrlichem Ausblick. Die familiäre Atmosphäre durch das durchweg sehr freundliche Personal.

Cons:

Eigentlich möchte ich nichts bemängeln - das Schwimmbad könnte einen facelift vertragen.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit kleinen Maken
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage war hervorragend. Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war sehr gut. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse direkt beim See ein Traum! Der Blick vom Zimmer auf den See macht einen sprachlos so wunderschön. Auch der Balkon großzügig mit 2 schönen Sesseln und Tisch.

Cons:

Im Zimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage, wir hatten Zimmer mit Seeblick,...war sehr schön, jedoch hatten wir bis zum Abend knappe 30 Grad im Raum, da den gesamten Nachmittag bis Sonnenuntergang die Sonne reinscheint und das Zimmer unerträglich aufheizt.
Die Betten waren wie Hängematten, hatten noch nie so weiche Matratzen gesehen.
Das Schwimmbad ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Aber Wasser und Gartenanlage sind sehr gut.
Die Parkplätze sind zu wenig, wir mussten 20 Euro bezahlen und haben uns gefährlich am Rande eines Spazierweges/Waldwege einparken müssen, da kein anderer Parklplatz mehr frei war. war nicht ok!

Die Lage war ruhig am See gelegen

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Zimmer, dass entsetzlich nach Abflussrohr roch und bekam erst nach täglicher Beschwerde am 3. Tag ein besseres Zimmer. Außerdem war die Preisgestaltung verwirrend und nicht nachvollziehbar. Am Tag, als das Zimmer am meisten stank, war es am teuersten.
