L'hotel è di fianco ad una fermata della metro, funzionale a raggiungere i quartieri di interesse.
La camera seppur piccola è accogliente, come lo staff che è sempre disponibile e sorridente.
La colazione è varia e risponde con salato e dolce.
La camera ha una finestra che non si può aprire, manca ricircolo di aria e considerando il bagno cieco ogni tanto sembra che manchi l'aria.
Come del resto in tutto il Giappone, l'inglese è poco praticato, fortunatamente l'hotel ha un paio di risorse che lo parlano.

This was well situated right beside the station with a Family Mart and 7/11 right beside it and an excellent Izikaya just across the road on the corner (pic below). We ate there both nights for the food, staff and atmosphere.
The hotel staff were really lovely and helped us a lot. We were able to drop our bags early and go exploring for the day before checking in. The room was clean and had all we needed. Breakfast was buffet style with a range of cereals, smoothies, fruit and yoghurt for us and a great Japanese spread for those that enjoy the Japanese breakfast. It’s really easy and a perfect base for exploring! They also have umbrellas you can borrow for rainy days.
We needed to send our bags on to our ext hotel and unfortunately this hotel doesn’t offer the service. The Family Mart downstairs did - but were unable to help us and couldn’t get us set up. Luckily the staff upstairs were really helpful when we came back up to them and they filled out the various form with us. But it took a full hour or more to get organised which we hadn’t experience previously sending bags on from our other hotel reception’s which was so much more user friendly.

Rooms are neat and clean. Staff are very helpful but front desk staff need to be more proficient in the English language. For better understand and communicate.
Need to have more options for the vegetarian in breakfast and should have dinner facilities
Great location, next to the train station and walking distance to Kiyosumi garden. Beautiful Japanese garden! Breakfast was great!
The room was very small
All good and location very good with train station one minute walking from hotel to train station.
All the staffs are good and breakfast was good but pork items are more than chicken and no beef
