Location made first trip to Tokyo easier.
Pros:

Location, breakfast was good.

Cons:

Size of the room was very small. We knew it would be small, but we’re not expecting it to be as small as it was.

Great location clean and very comfortable beds .. located near train station. Lots of restaurants nearby and lovely park

Easy access to trains and tourist sites. Clean comfortable beds towel change and room clean. Quiet location in a nice suburb of Tokyo .. 1hr 38 min from Narita airport

Cosas positivas y cosas negativas
Pros:

La ubicación para moverse es muy buena ya que la entrada al metro está pegada al hotel. Tienes un 7Eleven en frente y un Family Market en la puerta y en caso de necesitar algo es muy cómodo. Todo está muy limpio y el desayuno está bien.

Cons:

Los baños son terribles, muy pequeños y anticuados . La habitación es pequeña y no tiene armario.

Wonderful rainy springs Tokyo hideout!
Pros:

Hanzomon line Kiyosumi Shirakawa station B1 exit just right next to the hotel. It was truly great for us with luggage moving during rainy day. The staffs of the hotel were very friendly and nice! There is a library reading area with amazing books. In the morning free breakfast was served there. I love the healthy smoothy and the simple breakfast!

Cons:

The property is a bit old but everything was kept clean and they have nice combination of colors for the interior design.

Great location with a convenience store and train station next door.
Pros:

Good breakfast located in a small dining area. Very friendly and helpful staff at the desk.
Bed and pillows were good.
Hotel is almost opposite a large and very nice Japanese Garden

Cons:

Breakfast area was always very full unless it was early or late and not really large enough for the size of the hotel.
The bath edge was very high off the ground which could make it quite difficult for elderly guests.
