Staff were all amazing
Pros:

The ceiling above the bed is magnificent

Cons:

The round bed was a little challenging for 2 people to get comfortable , but having said that we slept well.

Pros:

The breakfast was fair. The pricing for breakfast was irregular, charging for items that were part of the covered selections for breakfast

Stylish stay in Venice
Pros:

The location on the main canal, near the rialto water taxi stop, so convenient to get around.
The decor of the hotel, so tasteful, stylish, Venetian!
The breakfast room, the look out to the canal, the value for money food served, the quality was perfect, the service very homely

Cons:

The shower door was quite narrow to get in hitting the bidet. I would not have the bidet and make a more accessible shower. Guests dont use a bidet so much!

Perfect Location & View of Grand Canal
Pros:

The location was perfect! It was right in front of the boat dock with a market next door for cold water and snacks, fruit and meats/cheese. Only a ten minute walk to St Marks square with shopping and many traverna on the way. The breakfast was made to order and served to you in the dining area. The staff was friendly and helpful, they gave us dinner suggestions. We prescheduled a shared water taxi for our arrival and departure which was the way to go for convenience. I would stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful hotel. We had a gorgeous view of the grand canal from our room
