Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Our room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully prepared, and the atmosphere of the hotel made us feel truly relaxed.

Magical & unique!
Pros:

This is truly a unique place to stay, it goes perfectly with the magical experience of Venice. Completely different than anything I've experienced before. I would highly recommend!

Very disappointing
Pros:

No lobby, sad furniture, everything looks quite depreciated, very uncomfortable round bed. Not a 4*, is a 3* worth the half of what we paid.

It is a great stay!
Pros:

The hotel location is excellent. Near the Rialto bridge, with a view of it and yet not bothered by the foot traffic from it. It has the grand canal view, convenient to visit many attractions and it even has a supermarket next door. The room we stayed in is nicely furnished, with a great view and modern amenity. The staffs are very friendly and extra helpful.

Cons:

Since the view is so nice, it would be great if chairs could be placed closer to the windows. Also, since the counter space is limited, it would be nice to have something to hold changing clothes next to the shower.
