Beautiful
Pros:

Located near the Rialto Bridge this was a perfect location to explore. We were walking distance to St. Marks Square and had taxi and water bus service nearly at the front door. The bed was very comfortable and the staff helpful. There is a beautiful breakfast/bar room with a wonderful view of the Grand Canal and good food. We were in the residence building which does involve some stairs but they will help you with luggage.

We enjoyed our stay. What’s not to love in Venice?!
Pros:

Beautiful little gem near the Rialto bridge. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Location is great, 10 minute walk to San Marco.

Cons:

Our room looked out on the court yard and there was construction and scaffolding, but luckily double windows blocked out the noise.

Great location to explore Venice
Pros:

Fabulous location for exploring any part of Venice with the water taxi from the airport stopping right outside! Very clean and a friendly, helpful staff. Note that the rooms at the rear overlook a small courtyard that gets noisy , very very early in the morning with kitchen staff and delivery porters. The room was small with no air conditioning - the staff did kindly give us a fan - and we had to request milk (rather than it being available) for the tea and coffee maker.

En revanche, dans la description Booking il est faux de dire que l'établissement dispose d'une navette aéroport. Toutefois les transports publics arrivent pratiquement au pied de l'hôtel, ce qui est très pratique et d'un prix raisonnable.
