Situation au centre ville à côté du tram
New Hotel, is one of the best hotels I stayed on for the bast 30 years@ Casa. It’s situated@ the most lively area in heart of downtown near every things. Emad& his assistant Sufian were very helpful& cheerful. Housekeeper Aaiah& her colleagues were very friendly.
Nothing, almost everything was above excellent, coming back soon before leaving the great country of Morocco 🇲🇦 soon

Hotel 5 étoiles seulement pour la forme mais rien dans cet hôtel ne vaut ce classement. J'ai eu l'occasion de passer de bien meilleure séjour dans des hotel 3 et 4 étoiles au Maroc.
Le sourire du personnel ne permet pas d'oublier leur incompétence.
L'état d'entretien des chambres et du batiment est lamentable.
Le buffet est le pire buffet que j'ai eu l'occasion de manger en 10 ans de voyage au Maroc. Nourriture fade, Viennoiserie desséchée a croire qu'elles sont la depuis 5 jours a attendre que quelqu'un aie le courage de les consommer.
Certaines options annoncée sur booking sont mensongère .
Je suis très déçu et ne recommande pas cet hôtel.
Le service , le personnel
Le prix en pensant que c’était un vrai 5 étoiles.
La propreté de la chambre. Les draps étaient tachés, les essuies également. Le sol collant. Il n’y a pas de shampooing, ni de gel douche ainsi que de la crème hydratante à disposition. À la base j’avais pris une semaine mais impossible de rester là. Du coup j’ai dormi qu’une nuit car j’étais fatigué

Viajámos de bike, à chegada foi-nos dito que podíamos recarregar uma das bikes, mas mais tarde, quando fomos pedir para recarregar a bateria tinha havido alterações no guarda da porta do Hotel, e este, como se fosse o dono do Hotel, proibiu que qualquer dos funcionários do Hotel autorizasse o carregamento do Bike, acabámos por ter de parar no caminho e pedir a um gentil Marroquino que nos desse um pouco de energia.
