Pros:

J'ai absolument adoré mon séjour dans cet établissement. Tout était parfait, de la propreté irréprochable de l'hôtel à la chambre, qui était magnifique avec une vue imprenable. On y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin.

L'accueil a été exceptionnel, et ce, même avant mon arrivée ! Je tiens à faire une mention spéciale à Imad. C'est un professionnel rare qu'il faut absolument protéger et valoriser : il m'a envoyé un message sur WhatsApp pour préparer mon accueil, il est resté souriant, disponible et d'une aide précieuse tout au long de mon séjour. C’est l'un des meilleurs professionnels que j’ai croisés dans tous les hôtels où j’ai séjourné. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour ce professionnalisme !

Très bon hôtel, extrêmement bien situé et facilement accessible. On y trouve tout dont nous avons besoin (restaurant, accueil, services...)
Le personnel est aux petits soins et veille à notre confort.
Je recommande fortement.

La saleté incroyable!!!!! Le room service ne répondait pas je suis descendu au restaurant, le personnel était ds la cuisine j’y suis rentré pour contacter qlq et la saleté que j’ai vu au sol et au mur ds cette cuisine m’a ôté toute envie !!!! Vraiment dégoûtant !!!!! Du jamais vu
