Didn’t access it.
The room was clean and tidy, but the whole place is somewhat shabby. The hallway needs new flooring, the exterior grounds had a lot of litter including the beer cans thrown onto the parking lot by who seemed to be long term tenants, but nobody bothered to pick the cans up. I was charged $30 /night (3 night stay) for my dogs and told it was for the extra cleaning required. For that, I received NO maid service after the first night, and very cursory maid service after the second - towels changed, grit still on the floor and a big clump of thread still on the floor that had been there since I arrived. I was told that the room had been mopped, but vacuuming first would have solved the problem. I received a lovely apology, but no offer to fix the problem or give a partial refund- words are cheaper.

The staff are very nice, we got stuck in the snow storm, and they stayed awake so we could check in after midnight.

A wasp got between the sliding glass doors and flew in the room. Hotel was very accommodating and moved us though.
