Overpriced for the level of service/stay I received
Pros:

I can’t really point out anything I really “liked”

Cons:

I arrived at 10:30 PM to check in and was told my room wasn’t ready and that it would be 20 minutes and it was almost 12:15am before I got to go to my room. They advertise that they have a Starbucks but the menu is so very limited. You can’t get anything on a basic Starbucks menu.

Cons:

Location not good. No restaurants in walking distance. No restaurant on site. No complimentary coffee or breakfast (which is every hotel we’ve stayed at for years).

I chose this hotel because the Expedia website said it offers an airport shuttle. Upon check in I learned a shuttle is not available on weekends.

We didn’t like turning off the main road onto the one where the hotel was located. It didn't look like a road. We weren't sure it was the correct turn.

Pros:

Room was clean and met our needs other than TV would not power on. We arrived late at night so didn’t even bother calling to get it fixed. Tried to get coffee next morning was a challenge. Waited for 20 minutes to get my $7 coffee and service very slow!!

Pros:

I really wanted to love this place. It was a recommended place to stay while in Columbia. However during our stay we found a large clump of hair on the carpet as well as dark hair in the shower. Definitely not my hair color.

Pros:

It took a while for the room to cool off: in August in Columbia strong AC is a must. Also the AC unit was very loud. Otherwise the place is fine. Good location and plenty of parking.
