Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to

Easy to find

Cons:

The staff somehow changed the name on my reservation and I had to talk to 8 different people to fix it. When we arrived, our room smelled like a deep fryer, the floor was sticky, there was food all over the floor, a cockroach ran across the floor, the pull out mattress had some sort of disgusting crumbs in it, and there was a red stain that looked like dried blood on the stool. They didn’t have any other rooms. We left immediately. I’ve been trying to get a refund or money back with no success either. I would never ever recommend this hotel again.

Pros:

I really liked the way how clean it was. The shower washroom and the location of the hotel. And the free breakfast as well, that was very handy.

Cons:

I can't really say that there is anything I didn't like I did find cheaper hotels later on but I was okay with this one.

Room was clean and spacious.

Cons:

Staff. We requested a crib or pack n play. The night desk clerk was more concerned about watching his phone than getting us one. The AM staff we requested an additional 30 mins-1 hour for check out we arrived at 2am to escape a blizzard during our spring break and had to load our small children in the car at 30° with high winds while we loaded the top of our vehicle with our bags meaning doors had to be open for us to reach.

Great location, lot of choices nearby for dinner.
Pros:
