Pros:

I would like to deeply congratulate both Alex in the reception. They treated us very well and also the rooms were very clean. The breakfst is in the 5 star hotel, which we loved.

Overpriced and not what you'd expect from a Radisson brand
Pros:

The breakfast is varied and vast, so you realistically won't get bored. Location is quite central to major sites and only a short walk to the old town. The lounge Aristocool is expensive but very nice to sit and have a drink.
The apartment is spacious, would recommend these rooms.

Cons:

UPDATE: Hotel reached out a month ago to offer a 50% refund due to the experience, on the agreement that this review would be amended to show reconciliation (which I was happy to do). However, after almost a month waiting no refund was received, and attempts to contact the property again were useless.

Bathtub didn't empty, the solution from the maintance person was to remove the "stopper" each time.
Water was coming out boiling and then freezing, difficult to get a good temperature. Realistically you'd find the right temperature and then it would change to boiling while you're under the water (has happened).
TV in bedroom wasn't managing to stay on for more than a minute or two.
Had to ask for toilet paper about 4 times from 8am, it finally arrived at 6pm after I had a very direct phone call with the receptionist about hygiene.
To go to the indoor pool/gym you have to go outside and turn right. There's other exits/entrances out of the Park Inn but even with the key card these couldn't be used, even though it would have drastically reduced the time walking outside in -6 weather.
Water is overpriced (€4 for a small bottle, €10 for large), I recommend going across the street to the cafe there.

An excellent business-like and no-frills hotel.
Pros:

Bedroom excellent - quiet, clean, and everything worked. Bathroom ditto. Good internet, and room service.

Cons:

I arrived during significant renovations to the Hotel, so no restaurant or bar, but the internal passageway to Radisson Blu’s restaurant and bar worked well.

Autisti Uber furbetti che fanno trucchetti sporchi per spillare più denaro di quello già ricevuto , come attendere a 30 40 metri dal punto di partenza per poter aumentare la tariffa per poi chiedere pagamento in contanti senza annullare quello fatto sul portale con la carta

Perfect
Pros:

My room was really exceptional. Staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast (which is the same as Radisson's) gorgeous, with plenty of choice.

Cons:

As always, a bitet woud have been great.
