It would be nice if they charged less or made a renovation
Pros:

The place was nice, I liked the breakfast (however, my picky partner hated the breakfast which is pretty reasonable and I understand that). Lobby was nice. We were on the highest floor as well.

Cons:

I hated the room. It looked poor, everything seemed like it’s about to fall apart. The lines in lobby for check in/out were too long.

Pros:

Die Lage ist genial, wird während der Sommermonate der Boulevard direkt um die Ecke zur Fussgängerzone umfunktioniert (Freitag - Sonntag)
Das Personal ist super freundlich.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers als wir ankamen. Da lagen noch Papierzettel im Zimmer rum und sogar eine leere Tragetasche war noch im Abfalleimer zu finden.

A disgusting place not to go near

Nothing!!! Service below all criticism. Old and neglected room as if they were still living 40 years ago

Cons:

I chose a room based on the pictures shown here. I paid more money to enjoy a large, modern room. In reality, I received a neglected room with old, worn-out furniture and unaesthetic furniture. The carpet smelled and the walls were dirty. The room looked like I had gone back in time 30 years ago. I went down to the reception and explained to the clerk that this was not the room I had booked and that I was asking to move. She was not really helpful and waved me away, claiming that she had nothing to do and that I had to come tomorrow to talk to the manager. It was already late and we were tired, so I told her that I was willing to endure today and that I would meet the manager tomorrow and asked him to leave a message for him to take care of it first thing in the morning. The next day I went down to the reception, there was no manager there and the guy standing there told me that there was no manager. Leave me your phone number and they would update me within half an hour at most. We went for a walk and after a few hours when we returned I asked why you didn't call? What's new about my problem? He just looked at me and said I don't have an answer from the manager!!! Hours to wait for an answer at the reception of a hotel?? Where is the service?? I asked him where he was, I want to talk to him, is there no manager available here at the reception? He told me that the manager is busy somewhere else and that's it. I asked what about my problem? He told me I'll give you free breakfast. I explained that his breakfast doesn't interest me and that it's an embarrassing offer. I'm not interested in getting an omelette, I want the room I booked!! I don't have a money problem so I want compensation to eat an omelette. I paid for a large, new room and I'm not getting it. Shocking customer service!! Indifference and lack of care. No response, no help for the customer, absolutely no one to talk to.
