Ein perfekter Aufenthalt in Top-Lage
Pros:

Wir hatten wirklich Glück und wurden als Gäste des Tages ausgewählt, wodurch wir ein kostenloses Upgrade auf eine wunderschöne Junior Suite bekommen haben. Die gesamte Hotelanlage und auch die Suite selbst waren sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Das gesamte Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Ein absolutes Highlight ist auch die wunderschöne Außenanlage mit einem Pool und einem Whirlpool. Die Suite war schön groß und hatte eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Auch die Lage ist super: z.B. das Rumänische Athenäum ist super bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.

צמוד לרחוב מרכזי עם מלא בתי קפה מסעדות ברים

Clean, available and patient staff 24/7 which are willing to help, great apartment for family with kids
has all the needed peripheral services from good break fast, taxi services , restaurant
great location, close to sixt car rental and the center
I strongly recommend this hotel

Cons:

The very basic operation of bringing a rented car to the front of the hotel and picking up my family with the luggage to start the trip took 10 minutes of explanations to the parking attendant and the receptionist (clarification - i parked in an available slot) . after they finally understood my request, they asked me to put a parking ticket in my front glass . this whole operation should have taken 20 seconds and i spent 10 minutes of explanations while my family is waiting.
The conversation was respectful and everyone was really nice - but need to think of a more efficient solution for this basic need.
