Les parties communes sont très classes, mais notre chambre était finalement un peu décevante.

Cons:

L’insonorisation entre chambres et entre le couloir et la chambre est très mauvaise on entend les gens parler comme s’ils étaient dans notre chambre !
Le personnel d’accueil n’est pas aimable et d’aucun conseil pour présenter l’hôtel et ses services
Le wellness center n’est pas accessible sans réservation et cher 30€/heure ! De plus il n’est ouvert que l’après midi !

Bezvadné umístění. Bezvadný a vstřícný personál.
Pros:

Velmi oceňuji pomoc personálu při řešení zdravotního problému syna. Zajistili lékaře, dovedli nás do ordinace, asistovali při komunikaci s lékařem a nasměrovali nás k lékárně.
Také umístění hotelu je perfektní. Do centra, na památky i k autobusu na letiště se dalo vše zvládnout pěšky.

Ručníky byly často s fleky.

התאכזבנו מהחדר אך המלון נראה טוב והצוות אדיב, המיקום מעולה.

הצוות מקצועי נחמד ואדיב, עזרו לנו בכל פניה ושאלה.
מיקום מאוד מרכזי.

Cons:

החדר לא דמה כלל לחדר שהזמנו.
לא היה קומקום למים חמים, לא מכונת קפה(ניחא) לא מקרר, אלא רק מקרר מאוד צר לשתייה שהמלון ממלא ואי אפשר לאחסן אפילו דברים קטנים.
החדר היה חשוך מאוד, זה היה מתסכל.
אין מראה לכל הגוף. כיסוי המיטה היה מלוכלך.
