Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Could hear the people upstairs walking around, felt like I was in a cheap apartment. For the price we paid, could of stayed somewhere else and been more comfortable. Our fridge didn't have a freezer in it, floors were filthy, and all the worker did was make our bed with crumbs/dirt still on sheets underneath.
