Dear Wyndham,
Your staff at this location, in Bavita, was friendly. Relaxed and it was kept very clean! In the room, a small sticky spot by entryway/bathroom door, not enough to consider everything else shined. It was quiet and we all enjoyed our stay. I would consider to stay at Wyndham again if near my next trip out of town. It was perfect for both the room and hotel in its size. Hotels can be exhausting just to get to your when it has more floors/rooms.

convenient location, clean rooms and good parking

Room was spacious and generally clean. Towels were decent, lighting and wifi all worked well.

Great location for our concert!!

We found this hotel as a stop over on our way to Toronto. It is recently updated and very clean. The rooms were very modern and comfortable. There is a nice walking path across the street. That was nice to take after a long car ride. The breakfast was just right. Not too much and they had a good variety of prepared and convenience foods. The bathrooms were fully stocked with Dov shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, which was very very convenient.

Very friendly receptionist, clean room. Breakfast was typical.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely return. The location was excellent—easy to find and conveniently located right off I-90.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, from the lobby to the guest rooms. Our room was bright, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere.

The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options.

What really made our stay stand out was the outstanding customer service. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming and eager to help. We arrived before the scheduled check-in time, and knowing we wouldn't be returning until after dark, the front desk staff thoughtfully prepared everything in advance and provided us with our room key, making our return quick and seamless.

I especially want to recognize Liz in the breakfast area. She was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making sure everything was well stocked, fresh, and inviting. She had a wonderful way of making every guest feel as though they were her special guest.

Overall, the hotel offered excellent value for the price. Between the convenient location, spotless accommodations, quality food, and exceptional service, it exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely stay here again.

Prompt service from management when the sprinkler in our room was leaking, took care of it quickly!

It was a good basic breakfast. The location is ideal for my needs. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.

I would like to thank Lisa personally for kindness and empathy. Her presence was appreciated in the kitchen and the front desk. She was running it all and I feel she should be recognized for her hardwork and customer service. Thank you Lisa!

Locations was great plenty of food places close.on the over night shift there is a wonderful person named Jessica she made sure coffee was fresh and available.
