La première chambre état délabrée négligée très petite pas a la hauteur de la gamme et du prix (voir photos)
Problème de chasse d eau mais pas changement de chambre immédiatement puis suite a un non fonctionnement de la chassse d eau changement de chambre obligatoire

Posizione centrale ma non è possibile accedere dopo le 11 del mattino in auto. Posteggi a circa 500mt. ma a pagamento (€17 24h)

Cons:

Unico cuscino (scomodissimo), manutenzione approssimativa (ventola di estrazione del bagno non funzionante, sciacquone del bagno non funzionante).

Albergo un po' datato con una posizione molto comoda. Attenti al parcheggio
Pros:

la struttura è centralissima, in pochi passi c'è tutto. Potrebbe essere il posto ideale per visitare Avignone. Buona la colazione.

Cons:

Ho prenotato selezionando l'opzione parcheggio. Dalla pagina dell'albergo non è reso chiaramente che l'albergo non dispone di parcheggio, ma è convenzionato con parcheggi (per la verità non lontani, ma Avignone è piccola). Arrivando ho telefonato e mi hanno detto che l'albergo non ha parcheggio. Era prossima l'ora di chiusura della reception, quindi ho mollato l'auto per strada e sono andato in albergo. Non mi è sembrata corretta la comunicazione.

Personnel le premier jour : la dame nous a attendu malgré un retard dû au train

Bon séjour mais, ne dirais pas "Fabuleux"
Pros:

Le personnel est très sympathique et ,se démène pour assurer notre confort
Le lit est très confortable
Ai beaucoup apprécié les fruits frais au petit-déjeuner, celui-ci étant par ailleurs très complet
Lorsque l'on prend l'escalier, l'œil est attiré par les affiches du festival, ce qui ajoute du caractère à la demeure

La salle du petit-déjeuner se trouve dans l'entrée et, de ce fait, manque d'intimité
