Cons:

Me sigue pareciendo una guarrería que no haya escobillas en esta cadena de hoteles. Algunas personas dejan la "suciedad" pero, en nuestro caso, hicimos lo imposible para limpiarla, sobre todo, pensando en las personas que tienen que hacer la limpieza.
El hotel también debería pensar en estas personas ya que es muy desagradable quitar la "suciedad" de otros.

Muy buena opción de alojamiento
Pros:

Hotel más que recomendable. Bonito estéticamente, pero sin duda lo mejor del hotel es su personal. Para recepción, un 10 en atención, amabilidad y profesionalidad. La limpieza en habitación es excelente, hasta el más mínimo detalle está cuidado. Y como agradecimiento especial a la chica en servicio de desayuno que hizo todo lo posible para encontrar una manzana porque yo las tomo en mis desayunos.
Importante es que las habitaciones tienen muy buena insonorización y las camas son muy cómodas.
Sin duda, tantas veces como tenga que alojarme en Madrid lo haré en este hotel.
