Great Hotel
Pros:

Clean, good room, filled all my needs for a quick stay in Austin. Will stay here again if I need to return to Austin!

Cons:

I see people complaining about the breakfast, but I thought it was fine. There were waffles, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, honey buns, and frozen breakfast sandwiches.

Staff booked someone else in my room I had to drive at 3:00 am to find another hotel

Got there at 3:00 am
After a 6 hour drive
Front staff asks for my Information
Then says wait I already booked you I said no we just got here shows me a paper someone else is already in the room I booked and they have no other rooms available
I had to go back to my car and look for another hotel and spend more money
Definitely do not waste your time nor money
This could happen to anyone since they do not ask for Id nor verify the guests

Muy buena opción a un buen precio
Pros:

El hotel se ve muy bonito y la habitación también estaba muy bien. Tiene una buena ubicación para poder moverte hacía la ciudad o hacía otros lugares. El desayuno estaba muy bien, waffles, cereal, jugo, y algunas cosas extras como yogourth y frutas. En general es muy buena opción y no muy caro.

Cons:

El clima no se podía mover ni apagar, pasamos un poco de frío pero nada muy grave. En la limpieza no hacían la cama pero el resto de la habitación sí se limpiaba. El último día no había jugo en el desayuno, pero fue tema solo de ese día.

Located just off the highway with restaurants at a walking distance.

Cons:

Hotel is very outdated, Breakfast was terrible! Juice and coffee machines were both broken so only options for breakfast were waffles, yogurt and cereal.

The worst hotel experience I have had in many years.
Pros:

Good location to visit family and other attractions.

Cons:

A/C to common areas was broken. Staff using fans to cool hallways and elevators. Housekeeping was sloppy and inefficient. The housekeeping crew did not follow directions because they could not speak English. They started changing our bed sheets and left. Front desk had to assign another crew to finish job. They were always short on towels and other amenities.
