Good Value & Great Service
Pros:

Good vale for your money.
Good location near airport and only 15 minutes to downtown, restaurants, malls.
Spacious room, decent starter Breakfast.
What made the experience that much more enjoyable was the amazing staff.
- Bella was exceptional! Very friendly, courteous and professional.Very attentive and went over and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
- Priya at front desk was very helpful with choosing a room and making the Check In process very quick and easy.
- Maria was an absolute gem. She made sure our room was cleaned and ample towels etc everyday. She also made sure tge coffee was always fresh and ready and ensured all breakfast items were replenished.
Thankbyou ladies for the amazing service!

Fitness room equipment was not functioning.

GREAT VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY WITH EXCEPTIONAL STAFF!
Pros:

We spent 4 nights here. It is a good value for your dollar.
A decent starter Breakfast to start your day.
Good location near airport. Good restaurants etc just 10 to 15 minutes away.
What made me give a 5 STAR rating and a big part of making our stay that much better and enjoyable was the great service from the staff.
- Bella was exceptional with her customer service. Very friendly, attentive and went out of her way to ensure had everything we needed. Really appreciated her.
- Priya was very helpful and courteous to assist in room choice and the whole check in process.
- Maria was a gem. Ensuring our room was serviced each day and supplied proper number of towels etc, always making sure the coffee and all breakfast room food items were topped up.

La proximité de l’arrêt de bus pour se rendre dans le centre d’Austin sans la voiture.

Cons:

Comfortable budget option, but you get what you pay for
Pros:

Breakfast was great, friendly and professional staff. Good location close to the airport. More reasonably priced than other hotels in the area

Cons:

Definitely a bit run down. Towels, curtains, and carpet were stained. Some pillows didn’t have pillow cases and the room was very stuffy when entering (but fixed with a/c)

Room smelled like a cigar convention. Gray, torn sheets. Dumpster quality furniture. Fixtures falling off bath wall. Joke of a breakfast.

I appreciate the fact that you made sure I was safe when coming in at night.

Pre-registration is worthless
Pros:

Convenient to the airport

Cons:

Checkin took 30 minutes at 1:30am despite pre-registration. Clerk could not get into the computer and had difficulty reaching someone to help him resolve the problem
