We arrived late as part of a business trip, the woman at the desk was lovely. We left early, no one was at the desk, we had no clue how to check out and there was an electric gate, which is great for security, but meant we could not leave and wasted about 20 mins looking for a member of staff. Would have been good if someone had mentioned this.
The pillows were very flimsy but it was clean and good otherwise.

It was a typical IBIS. Simple clean. No frils. Location better than expected and a good pool. Air conditioning was not orki g. But balcony doir opened to give ventilation.

THE NEW ONE KEY REWARDS SYSTEM IS A RIP OFF
Pros:

The new One Key rewards system to which we have been forcibly moved is a rip off. Reduced from 10% to 2% including bookings made under the old system. I will not use Hotels.com again
