Not service friendly in terms of being waited on.

Food and drink were not as expected I would suggest do not take all inclusive because of time of services and food and drink quality are not as expected

I found the property to be beautiful however I found many staff members unhappy.
The food was average most of the hot dishes were cold or over cooked. Dinner was very dissapointing. Breakfast and lunch were good.

It was heartwarming to be remembered and welcomed back by name. The familiar faces, along with some new ones, truly enhanced our experience:
• Dillan (Restaurant & Pool Bar) – still full of energy, attentive, and friendly.
• Ful , Aref & Pipit (Lobby Bars) – remembering our preferences and always greeting us with smiles.
• Osman (Beach Services) – made sure we were comfortable every day.
• Team (Housekeeping) – kept our room spotless with thoughtful details.
• Latefa (Main Restaurant) – warm, welcoming, and professional.
• Christina (Guest Relations) – checked in regularly to ensure everything was perfect.
• Susu & Team (Entertainment Team) – as vibrant and engaging as ever.

Fantastic hotel with superb service. The bar staff were extremely attentive and sent over drinks a couple of times so we never had to leave our seats or card game ;-) The choice at meal times was great - especially for a vegetarian and pescatarian - which can be challenging at all-inclusive hotels.

The guest relations team and front desk were so helpful and we received an upgrade to a junior suite with a sea view upon arrival - thank you!!

I won at bingo and received lots of free gifts!!

There is as much or as little to do here as you want. I was concerned about the beach being across the road, but you go under a short walkway. It's completely safe and private, and has a waffle bar and drinks bar there too.

Food & drinks are available 24hrs. We couldn't fault the hotel & would highly recommend.

Found the hotel to be very clean ., the room was spacious and the cleaning staff were friendly and good at there job, the food was good plenty of choice and variety as always when on holiday food not hot always just warm. Entertainment staff were excellent a good variety of activities and always chatty and smiling..evening entertainment some nights better than others just wasnt on long enough. We booked a night at the italien reasturant and it was horrendous minestrone soup was tasteless and just veg in a clear liquid!! I had tagliatele that was stone vold and the filet of beef had the life bouled out of it, tasteless pannacota definatley not worth a visit and needs a total menu revamp...only negative i have is the miserable bar staff who have no idea how to make a vocktail and were quite rude at times!!

Beautiful Hotel with Resort, Family Room had a beautiful view but only downside was that you can't tell the difference between economy room and standard room but they are different in size you must be very careful which room they give you the food was delicious but most days similar food the beach is very close and has a secret tunnel to travel through activities wise not much to do but i wasn't bothered about it i went for relaxing family holiday which i got and will go again InshaAllah, Food is always served regularly so

A great experience from check in to check out, was greeted on our first night by a young chap named mirach (apologies if spelling is wrong) who was a very lively and friendly character, he greeted us with a warm welcome and helped ensure the check in was a smooth and easy one. He then showed us to our room and around it.


The hotel staff were brilliant from the bar staff being polite and professional always serving with a smile, to the chefs in the kitchen who always seemed to serve with a smile.
The staff were very attentive even during off season,
I lost a pair of expensive sunglasses one evening whilst away and Mirach and the staff went above and beyond at which point I got a knock on my hotel room door in the late evening with my sunglasses found. Couldn’t thank them enough.

The hotel is clean, the food is great and has a decent selection.
The hotel staff were brilliant.
I could not fault anything

Limited choice of vegetarian meals and sound acoustics in room not good as I was woken up by noises from next door

Good value , great food except Breakfast a egg heavy

Overall very good place to stay. Food was excellent, nice lobby and outside area to sit in for a few drinks.
A couple of the entertainment guys were annoying with the fake friendliness just to get your money, then didn’t want to know you when you’re checking out or said no you to whatever they’re offering
