Pros:

I couldn’t be happier with my stay at MS Amaragua! Giving a 10 out of 10 was an easy choice because everything was absolutely perfect. The location is brilliant, and the food was fabulous every single day. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the staff—everyone was incredibly amazing, welcoming, and attentive. I cannot say enough good words about this wonderful hotel and its team. Thank you for making my time in Torremolinos so special!

There was nothing to dislike. The only bad part was having to check out and leave!

Mai trovato personale così INCOMPETENTE.
Al check-in mi stavano facendo pagare 80 euro in più del prezzo prenotato...hanno sbagliato a fare la somma...
Seduto al tavoli del bar...sono dovuto entrare a chiedere se c'era il servizio al tavolo...ho ordinato una bibita ed una pizza...nel frattempo ho dovuto chiedere 4 volte un posacenere...dopo oltre 1 h la pizza non era ancora arrivata...ho dovuto chiedere a 3 persone diverse, prima di dirmi che si erano "dimenticati...ovviamente me ne sono andato...volevano farmi pagare anche la bibita...cena al ristorante...dopo oltre 15 minuti seduto al tavolo ancora nessun cameriere era venuto a prendere l'ordine per il bere...tutti con la testa bassa, nessuno che guardava i clienti...ne ho chiamati 2 che passavano...dopo aver visto altre persone che andavano a caccia di camerieri per ordinare da bere, sono andato a lamentarmi dalla responsabile...

Die nahe Strandlage war super. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Matratze im Zimmer war sehr hart. Der Haarföhn nicht brauchbar. Die teilweise laute Livemusik war beim Frühstück nicht sehr angenehm sogar störend.

Hotel maravilloso, repetiremos.
Pros:

Me encantó el servicio, los empleados en general muy amables. El buffé espectacular en calidad de productos y trato. Repetiremos seguro.

La decoración de la habitación no estaba en concordancia con el hotel, debería renovarse.

El desayuno muy bueno, el spa muy agradable y el baño de la habitación perfecto.

Cons:

La habitación pésima. Nos encontramos la puerta de la terraza rota, llamamos a recepción y mandaron a un operario para arreglarlo. El suelo sucio, las camas al tener ruedas, al sentarte se movían. el mobiliario demasiado anticuado que contrastaba con la modernidad del baño y el lujo que tenia el hotel. La puerta de entrada desde dentro se notaba como sucia. La lampara de la mesita de noche se caía solo con tocarla. En recepción solo se limitaron a pedirnos disculpas. No volvería.
