Everything about Las Arenas is a pleasure from the pleasant staff to to the spotless hotel itself so , needless to say that was my third visit .

Really nice hotel, room was nice, food was decent. All the staff were lovely. It's not the quietest location next to the road but I never really noticed. I didn't book parking ahead of time so was unable to use the car park.

We were on the 6th floor and the music on the roof bar was loud in our room with lots of stomping about. Again not a massive issue for me but a sensitive person might not enjoy it.

Would definitely recommend.

Very good hotel, modern, clean & comfortable rooms. Food was excellent and wish I’d booked half board not b&b. Location good though think I prefer Torro to Benalmádena. Only down point was getting pool towels change was a hassle as only able to swap in a 1 hour window each day.

Perfect! The only thing to complain was that the rooms were not very soundproof and on the 6th floor you could hear everything from the rooftop (eg. when someone was moving chairs and tables).
Compliments to everyone from the restaurant, especially to Juan and Micky! Always very helpful, always smiling.

Great hotel, will stay again. Staff are friendly and attentive. Hotel is new and modern, super clean too. Great location for walking along the beach to the Marina. Bars in the hotel are lovely and shops nearby too.

We enjoyed our stay here. I would definitely recommend. Unfortunately the pool was cold again and in our room there was nowhere to sit apart from the bed, even though there was room for a large chair.

Property seemed little dated. Rooms did not have the best sound insulation. We could hear TVs playing from the guests next to us ans above us especially when in bathroom with sounds coming in from the vents (very weird). Overall the experience was fine, balcony was missing a handle but it was fixed immediately, check in and check out process went fine. Just expected more from a 4 star hotel but for its location and our needs it worked fine.

It has a good location , beach front, you can go easily to walk and fine food restaurant around. I didn’t like my room , was not clean when I arrived , super bad smell in the room, like if they just used the bathroom , there was room hair in the toilet, in the phone and in the bed. I ask for changing my room and they told me there was not anymore room but they had because I check in expedía and they gave me the option to book more rooms . The lady was not nice.

Everything at Las Arenas was perfect from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Hotel is spotlessly clean, staff are excellent and facilities/location are magnificent. Stayed here 3 times in 12 months and definitely the best hotel in the area.

This is an excellent property,no obvious faults,across the street from the beach,there are pleanty of eateries minutes walk from hotel, although the hotel offers half board

El hotel se encuentra situado en un entorno perfecto, primera línea de playa, todo muy nuevo y limpio, habitación amplia , el personal del restaurante lo mejor, son de lo mejor bellísimas personas y muy cordiales, tod@s. La comida muy buena. Lo único que le falta es una piscina climatizada con jacuzzi, tipo Spa. Aun así volveremos.

Wonderful stay. Good breakfast. Great service by reception, housekeeping and restaurant. Bed too hard.
