Pros:

Layout of the room (modernised junior suite) is very nice and spatious. The breakfast buffet and diner buffet are very nice; lots of choice and tasty. The balcony has a small laundry drying rack; very convenient. The roof top bar and pool are great; nice atmosphere, lovely breeze, views all around, good snacks. And last but not least; the location of the hotel is excellent!! Literally 10 seconds walk from the beach. So you can rent sunbeds at the beach, and use your hotel room toilet or dip in the hotel pool instead of the sea. And there are lots of shops and restaurants all around the hotel.

Cons:

The room has a faint but distinctive sewerage smell. This is not coming from the bathroom, because when we kept the bathroom door closed, the bathroom smells clean.
The toilet seat does not fit the toilet; it is too short. This is uncomfortable and unhygienic, and makes the toilet look tacky (which is a shame because the bathroom itself looks nice).
The cabinet which contains the fridge does not have ventilation openings. This makes the cabinet quite warm, making the fridge work extra hard, not very energy efficient.
The safe in the room still has a key, instead of a number pad. This is unconvenient because you have to carry the key around. Also, you have to pay extra for the use of the safe. I think this is bad service.
Despite the house regulations, people leave their towels and belongings on the poolside beds for an extended period of time. The staff does not remove these items to clear the beds for other people to use.
Some parasols at the roof top bar are not firmly fastened in the parasol stand. The wind can easily lift them out. This could cause serious injury to guests.
Do not book the Balinese sunbeds; the shade is insufficient, the curtains flap around in the wind and are too small for the frame. If you can’t find a normal sunbed, just rent a sunbed at the beach (just 50m) and walk back to the hotel now and then for a dip in the pool

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit hervorragendem Service, einem tollen Frühstück und sehr freundlichem Personal. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

Der gesamte Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Junior Suite war sauber und komfortabel. Besonders begeistert hat uns das Frühstücksbuffet mit einer großen Auswahl an frischen und leckeren Speisen. Man hat sich rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Cons:

Eigentlich gab es nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Lediglich zwei kleine Anregungen: Im Frühstücksraum könnten einige Raumtrenner oder größere Pflanzen die Geräuschkulisse etwas angenehmer machen. Außerdem wäre in der Junior Suite ein zusätzlicher Fernseher an der freien Wand gegenüber dem Bett eine schöne Ergänzung für Gäste, die gerne vor dem Einschlafen fernsehen. Das sind jedoch lediglich Vorschläge und keine Kritik.

Dommage pour le bruit dans les couloirs.
Pros:

Très bel hôtel avec deux piscines dont une en roof top avec bar et jacuzzi. Le personnel est super.

Cons:

Le bruit . Les chambres ne sont pas isolées phoniquement. Ajoutez des touristes qui n ont aucun savoir vivre….

Lage, schöner Rooftop

Cons:

Uralte hellhörige Zimmer und Bad, sehr spärlich eingerichtet, steinharte Matratze, Tiefgarage ist eine Müllhalde/Lager. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gross aber von miserabler Qualität
