Having just been here back in January and on returning now there's lots of works and things happening, BUT they do not interfere with your stay at all. Had a double room this time with a huge balcony and an amazing sea view which was a bonus. Room comfortable and clean, usual two bottles of free water, which when needing a cuppa is a blessing!
Staff amazing, polite and efficient. Even when we witnessed a guest having a "go" at a member of staff she stayed polite, smiling and efficient and dealt with him very calmly whisky he carried on having a go at her. This is what we love so much about this hotel

Just a nice stay. Breakfast great, and they even supplied a bottle of bubbles when I arrived. They also dropped a birthday card in for me with 2 complimentary drinks! Very sweet. Will definitely go again.
The only thing that bugged me was the Jaqussi wasn't hot. Disappointed with that.
personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, kamer voldoet prima voor kort verblijf , locatie is prima op loopafstand van de boulevard. Wij waren er eind januari en het viel op dat er best veel gasten waren in het hotel. Wel allemaal ouderen, maar dat is logisch gezien de tijd van het jaar. Meer dan genoeg keuze bij ontbijt en avond buffet.
wij hadden een early check-in en de kamer rook te sterk naar chloor van de schoonmaak. Daar mogen ze minder van gebruiken.
even parkeren voor hotel om uit te laden is wat lastig vanwege beperkte ruimte inrit en aanwezige helling.
The location of the hotel is excellent. 20 mins to Torremolinas centre one way or Benalmadena the other, 2 mins to the front. Bar excellent with happy hour 2for1 drinks between 4.30pm & 5.30pm.
Our room, a junior suite, was a little sparse. Some additional soft furnishings in the lounge area would have made a huge difference.
The hotel is in a great location, a good-sized room, and was, great value for money. A good choice, breakfast.
The first floor seemed a little tired in appearance.

Receptie staff Belén & Isabel, Cristiano uitstekend , bediening ontbijt en bar personeel zeer professioneel en zeer vriendelijk altijd een glimlach….Ned TV zenders, complementary water, koffie en thee,comfortabel bed en kussens. Goede werkplek en stabiele Wifi. Waterdruk douche uitstekend. Het is niet “my cup of tea” maar de sfeer in het hotel is fantastisch. Ik ben daarom ook een dag langer gebleven.
Junior suite was meer een Senior suite 😜 zeer gedateerd mag een retouch hebben.

De ligging van het hotel. Kortbij kan je de bus naar Malaga of Fuengirola nemen.
Al het personeel is vriendelijk. We hadden een kamer met zeezicht en groot terras dat was fijn.
Het eten is was iets minder gevarieerd dan de vorige jaren, We komen hier al vele jaren en zijn steeds een tevreden klant.
Het weer het was koud.
Maar daar kan niemand iets aan doen.

Te dan la opción de salir más tarde dependiendo del volumen de reservas que tengan y es totalmente comprensible la salida es a las 12:00 hs puedes quedarte hasta las 18:00 hs por 40€ . Solicitamos, si fuese posible quedarnos hasta las 18:00 hs y nos dijeron que no tenían muchas reservas pero que mejor no porque iban a tener que limpiar la habitación muy tarde. Quiero destacar la diferencia de trato por parte de la persona de recepción el día que llegamos, a la persona que estuvo el último día.
