Это было впечатляющее 16 этажное здание, место расположения отеля просто супер! Отель похож на самый высокий Маяк на побережье! При заселении нам предоставили номер на 14 этаже, откуда открывается панорамный вид на весь город и бомбически красивые закаты! С территории бассейна открывается вид на длинную набережную и волшебное море! В номере есть чайник и сейф! Наличие балкона также нас очень порадовало! Для двоих взрослых- это супер вариант! Мы путешествовали по всей Андалузии и это место оставило теплые воспоминания и желание еще вернутся!

La situación

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have never had an issue and always had a pleasent experience but this time we found the reception and cleaning staff to be quite rude, cockroaches on the balcony and in room and lifts took an awfully long time. We also found that there was alot of building work being done which we found quite noisy early in the morning and also room doors are very heavy, overall a noisy experience. i will be hesitant on booking again in future and am quite dissapointed as we previously loved this hotel.

Everything was just so good. Price Location food staff. Could not find any fault. Will be back

The beds are very hard and uncomfortable my partner spent most of the time on the balcony and there was lots of little flys in the room which the cleaners did not wipe the top over where we killed them and they did not clean outside on the balcony because there was a bottle top which was there the hole week we was there and they left towels on the chairs outside . And also we was not told about the building work being done on the other building when they was there from early in the morning we are very disappointed had this was our 3 time staying with yourself

We arrived for a short break, a Christmas present in fact, in February for 4 nights (5 days).
Check-in went well, we arrived quite late and given room 312. A great location next to the beach and main road, a side seaview and balcony. The room was clean, smelt fresh and went down for a welcome drink courtesy of the hotel. One thing we didn't like was the bathroom layout. It's this awful modern day design of a sink between bedroom and bathroom. You then had a toilet with frosted glass door in which the magnet to close it was broken so had to try and hold the door while using it, it wasn't even ceiling to floor length, then the shower with door after that. We had stayed in a hotel in Alicante with one of these open bathrooms and said we would never book a room that had that again. We knew this hotel was like this but as it was a present we couldn't say anything and went with it. The rooftop pool was supposed to be getting refurbed but others we know used this hotel around the same time last year and it was closed as out of season. Weather was decent enough with warm enough sun and is actually fine for Brits. We only used the hotel as a base, never really wanted to spend any time in it. We came back one night, asked for a coffee at the bar and were charged accordingly. We said to the girl she had forgotten the milk, and were told that it's extra if you want milk. What?! Surely it comes with the price of a coffee which was around €4:75 anyway, so €5:25 we paid for one coffee. Other than those things, the bars, restaurants and beach are perfectly placed so no real long walks of you come here for a chilled break. Would we return? No, we don't like those awful bathrooms you get in some hotels these days, plus, we are more used to Benalmadena and Torremolinos and prefer them. Fuengirola is fine for a day or evening visit by train or bus, and we will pop back in from either of the other two as we always do but, won't return to El Puerto.
