Service in the bar, we didn’t get our welcome drinks because one day too late, the shower was no good (hope you fix it for next customer! The cleaning of the bathroom was not good, toilet paper had we to ask for, one of our coffey cup was taken away, the toilet brush was out of order, there were none place at the balkong to dry wet clothes! We have been at yours hotel a lot of times both alone and together with friends but my bee this will be the last time! Next year we will arrive Fuengirola with 24 family members and we are already looking for another destination

Fantastisch, ik kom hier zekerrr terug.
Pros:

Alles. Het staat op het leukst en mooiste deel van Fuengirola. Strand voor de deur.
Vlakbij bus en treinstation voor bv uitstapjes.

Franchement, une catastrophe du début à la fin. Les photos sur internet ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité. Les ascenseurs sont souvent en panne et il faut parfois attendre plus de 30 minutes pour monter dans sa chambre. Le nettoyage est très mauvais, les escaliers sont sales et les chambres ne sont pas correctement entretenues. La climatisation fonctionne mal et les douches sont extrêmement petites.

La nourriture est très décevante et, en plus, même l’eau et les boissons au restaurant sont payantes. Je déconseille de prendre les repas sur place.

La seule chose positive est que l’hôtel est proche de la mer. Mais ce n’est pas une plage privée : il faut payer pour les transats. L’hôtel est également situé près d’une route très bruyante, même la nuit.

🚗 Pour le parking, c’est également une catastrophe : il est presque impossible de trouver une place près de l’hôtel. Leur parking coûte 25 €, mais il est en plus assez loin de l’hôtel, ce qui est vraiment pas pratique.

Pour le prix payé, le rapport qualité-prix est catastrophique. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel et je n’y retournerai jamais

Pros:

A lovely really busy hotel right in the heart of everything. Great staff and facilities, lovely rooftop bar and pool, drinks a little expensive but worth it for the view. Nice little bar in the lobby with outside seating. Room was fine, nice view of the harbour. Would definitely return. Great for mobility scooters.

El personal es claramente lo mejor del hotel, en especial una de las mujeres de la limpieza y una camarera del comedor
También son buenas la ubicación del hotel y el Sky bar para tomar algo tranquilo.

Cons:

Lo peor que las sábanas tenían manchas.
Lo más incómodo que tiene escalones por todos lados: entre el ascensor y las habitaciones, y entre la habitación y el baño.
El desayuno un aprobado justito, le faltan algunos productos habituales en otros hoteles, como el jamón serrano y como las pasas y frutos secos
La cena también aprobado justito, repetitiva y los postres...somos golosos pero casi ninguno daban ganas de repetir.

När jag bokade Hotel läste att taxi gratis till Hotel men tyvärr ingen taxi som fick jag från airport till Hotel jag känner mig otrygg och osäkerheten jätte ledsen för det hotellet helt nekad taxi, tack.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. The room felt old and was not very clean. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and I was unable to sleep properly throughout our entire one-week stay. The sound insulation was extremely poor. The walls and doors were so poorly insulated that we could clearly hear guests in the neighbouring room simply talking. There was a lot of noise, which significantly affected our sleep and overall experience.
The property does not offer good value for money.
