Excellent breakfast, bar good staff very friendly Room very clean

The ocean view was amazing and relaxing

Clean rooms, beds a little on the hard side but ok for a short break. Ideal location for access to fish alley for food and bars. Lovely beach front location. Really lovely roof terrace pool bar, clean, well looked after and good service. Some nice snacks and cocktails. Lifts can be a little busy. Helpful staff. Rented a kettle for €5 a day which was a nice addition to sitting on the balcony. Perfect short stay.

Didn’t change the bedding every 3 days!..in fact didn’t change the Bedding at all!..very noisy at night with other residents!..the acoustics being the problem!

It was my husband 70th surprised birthday and the reception staff we're really helpful. The bar staff around the pool we're very attentive and funny.

Great basic hotel with a swimming pool and cool bar on the roof with fast waiter service.
Breakfast was really good and plentiful. Perfect location to walk everywhere including the eco zoo & all the bars and fantastic restaurants plus the beach being directly opposite. Look forward to returning.

All staff were polite and helpful, hotel was clean and served our needs but the lift up to the swimming pool area was very hit and miss sometimes if worked sometimes it didn’t. Overall happy and and definitely use again if in the area.

The area is just perfect and every food craving will be satisfied by walking 5 minutes. The beach in front is perfectly accessible and walking to the mall is also great.

Couldnt sleep properly bad mattresses. Location was good 👍

Welcoming, friendly staff, clean and beautiful hotel with a roof top pool and evening/night rooftop bar with entertainment on some nights. Great breakfast buffet and wonderful location. Very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and cafes. It’s also close to the bus station if you want to visit Marbella and also close to the train station to get to different parts of the coast and the airport. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Our stay definitely got better fron when we arrived. On arrival, we were quite disappointed about the extra charges for tea and coffee facilities and the use of the safety deposit box and the hassle of getting things organised. And then a staff memeber in the rooftop bar didnt make us feel welcome on our first visit there and had a very aggressive tone . However, the reception staff and the room attendants were amazing. The rooms were cleaned really well every day and the receptionists were helpful.

The hotel is in a great location with plenty of bars and restaurants just outside. The pool is very small for a hotel of this size but you can see that from photos.
We had a sea view room and the view was excellent, worth the extra money.
The room was clean so no issues there.
Only down side to this hotel was the aircon in the room wasnt very good, in the morning the room was very warm even with the curtains closed. The walls are also quite thin as you can hear next door.

Parking is problem and it is expensive just to know and 2 Parking nearby is smalll and no place. If you have luck
If you are with family to know nothing is in the room everything is payd if you want bottle for coffee will pay per day is like to buy in the street
Also towel on the pool I never see I was in 100 hotels to pay and also to give deposit for every time and if you change again
Location is perfect close to all beach and shops

Very nice hotel the pool area was very nice however there were only approximately 50-60 sun lounges. For a hotel of this size I would have expected more but appreciate there are limited in space with the pool been on the roof top. Rooms adequate

Very nice, very easy going.

Fab location to the beach, restaurants and bars on the doorstops and not noisy.

Pool area was fab but there was no umbrellas with the bed which meant you couldn’t take a break from the sun unless you had a bed that was fully shaded.

Room was ok. No bedside tables so had to put things on the bed or floor. Shower and toilet area very small and only a privacy door (which didn’t close tight) so no real privacy in the bathroom. Shower also kept overflowing so was flooding the already small bathroom space.

Air conditioning didn’t really work properly and you could see through the vents it was mouldy. Fridge was very small so couldn’t put a lot in it.

Pleasant hotel very clean nice staff excellent location would stay again
