Not an enjoyable stay complaned to booking .com and all we got was a small refund to our account not a cash refund

Cons:

ein sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, die Einrichtung hatte wahrscheinlich in den 70-80er Jahren ihren Höhepunkt

Comfortable, stunning, fun and great food.
Pros:

The location was great and the breakfast was wonderful. All the food we had during our stay was very tasty and most enjoyable. We ate at the bistro restaurant.
Our room was large and airy with a lovey view and it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was good.
The staff on the main desk were welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

The serving staff were a little off, it felt like all customers were hassle for them.
Our shower suddenly started making water dripping noises in the night, but apart from that all was good.

Pros:

Très bien situé, à proximité immédiate des commerces et des gares routières/ ferroviaire s.

Cons:

Peu de choses, mais hôtel légèrement suranné, ce qui fait son charme, mais ascenseur aux capacités réduites et d'après nos observations peu adapté aux personnes handicapées (portes tournantes, pas de rampe d'accès, escaliers...)

Pros:

Parcheggio comodo. Staff molto disponibile che cerca di rimediare agli inconvenienti di una struttura datata. Posizione buona.

Cons:

Termosifone acceso inutilmente, vista la temperatura esterna, che non si poteva spegnere. Caldo tropicale.

Lunghe attese per l'ascensore.

Plenty of other places to stay.
Pros:

Very central for town centre.

Cons:

Lettering falling off outside hotel. Not a good first impression. Reggie Perrin Sunshine Desserts?!!! Whole hotel tired and needing a lot of tlc. Girl on reception was lovely, rest of staff looked as if they couldn't be bothered being there. Evening meal disappointing. Would have been better heading out for meal in town. Won't be back. Could do better.
