Reasonable hotel in a convenient spot in Fort William
Pros:

It was close to the town and the train station with good parking. The evening meal was very good

Cons:

A small lift. We ended up walking downstairs and even upstairs once

The bed was comfortable and shower was cold.

Cons:

The property is in need of refurbishing. The walls are covered with scuffs, carpets old, windows don’t open, tiles cracked in bathrooms & no hot water .

Only for low budget coach trips
Pros:

Location, helpful staff (didn't need breakfast so no comment)

Cons:

Worst hotel I have stayed in for this sort of price £115 for night. Guess coach trippers were paying a fraction of this!

Musty smell on opening door to room. Worse in bathroom which needed major makeover. Threadbare carpets.

Inadequate 2 person lift.

Cons:

Room tired (213), the bathroom had a big puddle on the floor, I think either the toilet or a water pipe was leaking. I reported it twice, the receptionist said she would send some straight up, nothing, then said they would move my room, nothing!!

Breakfast was so bland. Another receptionist moaned about a foreign tourist who was trying to locate her insulin that was in a fridge in the kitchen but couldn't understand the directions and went off upset, It wouldn't have hurt to escort her there!!

Friendly stuff but the hotel rooms need proper cleaning, especially to remove the websling hanging and smell
Pros:

The location is great, near the main area and close to train/ bus centre. I also really liked the staff, they were super friendly and we were able to leave our backpacks at the reception after check out

Cons:

The room was stuffy and had a bad smell. The curtains were old and dusty and kept getting stuck whenever we would slide them to open or close the window. The bathroom had a towel holder that was excessively overheated and there was webbing hanging from the ceiling.
