Enchanting hotel with friendly service

The hotel design, the location, the opportunity to hike, pet friendly 😍

Cons:

À great touch would be a water boiler and coffee machine, at least for the rooms with terrace.

Schönes Hotel mit teils enttäuschenden Suiten

An sich schöne Lage und schönes Hotel.

Cons:

Die Suiten entsprechen aber leider überhaupt nicht den beworbenen Bildern. Wir haben eine Suite mit Balkon und Bergblick gebucht und waren auch bereit den Aufpreis zu zahlen. Erhalten haben wir leider nur ein normales Zimmer mit ungemütlicher Dachterrasse mit Blick auf Dachziegel. Ein Zimmerwechsel war auch nicht möglich, weil angeblich nichts frei ist. Online konnte man aber noch Suiten zu dem Zeitraum buchen. Es waren auch mehrere Gäste mit ihren Zimmern unzufrieden und wollten wechseln.
Somit waren wir von dem Aufenthalt eigentlich enttäuscht.

Magical, beautiful, tranquil
Pros:

This place is magical, so beautiful and tranquil.
The staff are lovely , friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is an amazing cold buffet but I believe you can also request a cooked breakfast.
Our meal at night was also very good.
There are plenty of sunbeds and areas to sit, so it never feels crowded.
We requested a kettle and milk and cups for the room and they arrived almost instantly! There was a large fridge in the room which did make a bit of noise but did not in any way hinder our enjoyment.
Would definitely recommend, the views are outstanding.

Pros:

Die Höhenlage und der Blick sind ein Traum! Das Haus und die Außenanlage sind sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es herrscht eine sehr entspannte und freundliche Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Die Küche im zugehörigen, sehr schönen Restaurant ist excellent! Ein wunderbares Hotel,
für das es sich definitiv lohnt, die 4,5 km von Esplores zu fahren.

Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück und moderne Zimmer. Der Weg ist etwas beschwerlich, aber wer zwischen Mittwoch und Sonntag dort ist, kann am Abend sehr gut Essen.

Die Umgebung und der Garten. Der Gärtner verdient ein Lob

Cons:

Hotelservice bei Ankunft sollte man beim Einchecken gleich zahlen, komische Stimmung und Umgang wie bei Guten Kumpels. Es fehlte an Respekt und Höflichkeit bei der Empfangschefin.
Frühstück denn wenn man spät kam bekam man nur Reste, Kaffee aus einem Automaten mit Milchpulver in einem Land des Cafe con leche.
fehlendes Restaurant obwohl im Internet angekündigt
Zimmerausstattung o.k. Aber Bad mit zusammengebastelten Anschlüssen was das Duschen und Baden erschwerte.
Insgesamt fehlt die Motivation und Identifikation mit dem Hotel und der wunderschönen Umgebung. Vorschlag: die Empfangsdame und Ehemann besser schulen.

Heerlijk verblijf met prachtig uitzicht en schitterende kamer!
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Zeer ruime, prachtig ingerichte kamer. Ontbijt was voortreffelijk en buiten op het terras een cadeau.

Cons:

Communicatie vooraf dat het restaurant op maandag en dinsdag is gesloten. We hebben speciaal met boeken gelet op accommodatie met restaurant.

Beautiful hotel and location, though facilities are limited.
Pros:

Beautiful location, amazing views. Beautiful accommodation.

Cons:

The hotel is a drive away from any shop/bar/restaurant. There is a restaurant on the site however it is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays which means there is nowhere to get food or drink without driving to a nearby town on these days.

Eine Sensation versteckt in den Bergen
Pros:

Wir haben das reichhaltige Buffet beim Frühstück sehr lange genossen! Eine grosse reichhaltige Auswahl für alle Geschmäcker stehen bereit.

Cons:

In der Umgebung befindet sich sehr viel Müll rund um das Grundstück - nahe dem Hotel ist ein stinkendes, aufgelassenes Swimming Pool, auch dort Müll. Schade um den guten ersten Eindruck!
