Pros:

Staff were extremely helpful. I booked a room for my mother, but due to illness, she was not able to make the trip. They made every effort to cancel her reservation through booking.com. Booking.com would not refund my reservation due to the illness. I will wait to see if staff were successful in getting me my refund.

Cons:

Shower stall had some long hairs on the wall.

Front desk staff was so friendly.

Cons:

The bed is too small and the bed covers are not clean,
We stayed with a toddler and felt uncomfortable because of the cleanliness and the damaged bed covers.

The rooms were pretty nice. Staff was nice as well.

Cons:

We had a double room with 2 beds and one bed had a filthy comforter and a dirty pillow case. This alone may prevent me from booking there again.

it was clean

Cons:

the guests in the hotel were loud rude and obnoxious. Lots of them. Non stop noise all night in the hallway and nothing was done about it. The ONLY reason it stopped was because one of the other guests got angry and yelled at them in a threatening way. It worked. They stopped.

Provided everything as expected for the price
Pros:

The location suited us heading out of Pittsburgh the next day. The room had everything required.

Cons:

The sound proofing between rooms was non-existent, could hear the TV and conversations of people until the early hours of the morning. The dog barking in a room as you walk past gives you a heck of a fright.
