Cons:

Very nasty dirt all over the room tubs dirty low water pressure in one bathroom and clogged drain in the other bathroom there was also renovations going on with building supplies and utilities from rooms in the parking garage and one of the pools was filthy

F@#!*%$ TERRIBLE. HATE IT. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Nothing, they won't give me my refund for canceling the trip.

Cons:

Everything, under construction, dumpster in front of the front door, motorcyclists playing their music directly out front at top volume. Area was terrible, parking is unclear and parking didn't feel safe. Never again. Never. I want my refund.
