EVERYTHING. it was disgusting. it had roaches. WAS NOT CLEANED. beds were literally on the floor. balcony was not even 3 ft wide. sheets were dirty upon arrival. shower was dirty. FLOORS WERE SANDY.

Decent value for the cost.
Pros:

The property itself was fine, the room was clean, incredible price and view. More than I expected for the price.

Cons:

The elevator buttons were broken at the ground level so after spending the day at the beach we had to walk up and around to come in at the main entrance. Also, the railing on the balcony is so high it obstructs the view.

The room! The floors were hot and sticky, the bathroom toilet was leaking all over the floor, the balcony sliding glass door did not open, the view was less than attractive, the TV remote was missing parts, and they did not offer quality shampoo and had no conditioner!

Tuvimos que esperar alrededor de 3 horas para recibir la habitación cuando la entrada era a las 4 de la tarde y pude tener la habitación hasta después de las 7 de la noche y no recibí ninguna comprensión por el inconveniente

I didn’t like how we had to ask for towels for our room, a rag. the room wasn’t what I expected it to be in the photos. The elevators wasn’t working had to constantly wait or take the stairs. Didn’t even have a breakfast or nothing..
