Please note guests must be 18 years of age or older to check-in. If there is no member of the party over the age of 25, a NON-REFUNDABLE $55 damage protection fee is required. Please note the guest's name on the booking must match the name on the credit card used for booking. If the name does not match, the guest must contact the property directly for a credit card authorization form. Please note the guest lodging deposit will appear on guests' statement as RA Hospitality.

Please note the maximum number of pets allowed per reservation is 2. Only dogs are accepted. There is an additional $25 per dog (max 2) per day. We only allow dogs. 2 max per room. Contact the property for more information.

Housekeeping is only performed every 4 days or upon request.

Property does not allow parking for trailers, buses, boats and tractor trailers. Please note, one parking pass is permitted per reservation.

The location was great! The boardwalk to the beach was even better!

The rooms didn't look nothing like the online photos, the room smelled of mold..There was sand left in the beds and the room didn't support 4 people like we booked..

Cons:

Supposed to have a sea view room. There were 4 large palm trees blocking all but a minuscule view of the beach. Like bend way down and look to the extreme left, see there is the beach.

False advertising!! The rooms where EXTREMELY dated and ran down . Ice maker never worked at cafeteria and you had to walk to a different location for it ! For the price I expected a lot more than what was delivered. Booking.com over booked and we almost didn’t get what we paid for which was a room with a balcony and if we hadn’t got the room we would not have received a refund !! Can’t use luggage carts to aide with carrying luggage due to stairs on each level once off the elevator. Coffee maker was dated and old , no hair dryer, no plug for tub to take a bath , shower head was extremely old and tarnished . No lighting to get ready and bathroom was tiny with a pedestal sink which meant no counter space at all . Will not use this hotel again !

Nice visit
Pros:

Convenient to beach. Nice boardwalk. Restaurant & bar was close.
Easy check in and good parking.

Cons:

No ice. Beds were not comfortable. Extremely small bathroom. No place for toiletries in bathroom.

Great
Pros:

This was a great deal for the location. To be honest we were skeptical because of some reviews we read, and were ready to be disappointed because of reviews I hadn't read until after I booked. However, the room was clean, beds were checked repeatedly, no sign of any bugs. We got the 2 queen and bunk beds, the room is pretty small but for the amount of time we actually spent inside it was fine.

Cons:

The only downside to our room was, while we did get ocean front, it was on the bottom floor,so between a giant bush outside the window and the dunes there was no actual "ocean view".

Being in the beach was its only perk

Cons:

Very dirty, toilet wouldn’t flush and the shower wouldn’t drain. We had to take showers in puddles of standing water. Office staff didn’t care.

Not worth the money!!!

I did like the location.

Cons:

Overall it wasn’t the cleanest place, a broom was left in the room for us to clean . I was bitten several times in the bed. Beds were hard!! Pool was moldy it was so nasty! It’s needs a good update. Not a place I would stay for how much we paid a night. Oh yea we didn’t get checked in til after 5 , because they were still cleaning they said. so there is most of our money gone!!! It was bad!!!

Close to everything and the price was great! The staff was great as well!

Cons:

Our room smelled like weed and it was booked so they couldn’t move us and they tried to get the smell gone but it didn’t work. We had to deal with it. But you get what you pay for and it was pretty inexpensive so that definitely helped.

I liked that it was right on the beach and that was kind of it.

Cons:

The room felt outdated and felt claustrophobic. our bed was kind of stiff and felt very old. The roof looks like it’s from the 1980s alone. No breakfast. Also the water stayed cold for a whole day we had to take cold showers. for almost 200$ a night i would’ve expected better. Went to the red roof inn 20 minutes from the beach and it’s like heaven.

Pros:

The location was great! The staff were friendly when we ran into them. One of them saw us leaving our room and ran to us to go ahead and exchange our towels and trash. I thought that was nice of him. It was perfect for a quick getaway for me and my son.

Cons:

The cleanliness was decent. Clean enough. I didn't plan on being in the room that much anyway. There was a huge clump of long blond hair on the balcony and we do not have that type of hair. Otherwise just minor stuff. I noticed when I was plugging up my charger, there was trash from a previous tenant.
