Please note guests must be 18 years of age or older to check-in. If there is no member of the party over the age of 25, a NON-REFUNDABLE $55 damage protection fee is required. Please note the guest's name on the booking must match the name on the credit card used for booking. If the name does not match, the guest must contact the property directly for a credit card authorization form. Please note the guest lodging deposit will appear on guests' statement as RA Hospitality.

Please note the maximum number of pets allowed per reservation is 2. Only dogs are accepted. There is an additional $20 fee per pet per day. Contact the property for more information.

Housekeeping is only performed every 4 days or upon request.

Property does not allow parking for trailers, buses, boats and tractor trailers. Please note, one parking pass is permitted per reservation.

During the month of June , Check In Time starts at 6 PMGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Room not being ready was very stressful and the staff offered no other accommodations anything for our trouble. Wouldn’t

Plenty of Access to the beach.
Clean common areas

Cons:

Did not have rooms ready at check in time 4pm. Said they would contact me when the room was ready. After not hearing from them for 4 hours, I got back to the front and the room is ready. Staff lacked communication and were not helpful. Would not provide a late check out, even after they were 4 hours late to let us check in.

Cons:

I didn't get any sleep for dogs barking, people running outside on the fourth floor, smoking weed, the smell came into out room.if you going to allow pets in the room, they need to have there own floor.

Cons:

Check in was at 4pm. My room wasn't ready till 7pm due to a late check out. I was very upset after driving 4 hours. Probably wont come back.

Terrible

We stayed Monday-Friday never once came and cleaned the room.. We had to go to the front desk to get wash rags and towels to take showers. Also had to go get toilet paper. Had to pay for breakfast.. no tub!’ Will definitely not be back!!

It was okay, price for room was reasonable

Cons:

Water getting on floor when taking shower, thin cover on beds, and air conditioning( wasn’t able to get a comfortable temperature in th room) Either too hot or too cold and stuffy. Maybe filter needed to be changed.

Bad , first experience 0/10 would not recommend

Cons:

I was mislead on the phone and was told I could check in at 12pm , then it was 4pm then the staff told me that 2 of the housekeepers called out so they would call me when my room was available . They never called me I don’t check in to 6:30pm almost 7pm it was horrible room wasn’t clean good . It wasn’t with the amount I paid .

Horrible experience
Pros:

Cons:

Checkin time was at 4 pm. We reached at 3.35pm and were asked to wait since the room wasnt ready. Finally got the room at 7pm. There was a super duper long line for check in and everyone was being told the same. Horrible experience. Had to wait almost 4 hours to get a room with kid and seniors inspite of booking online in advance. Would not recomend.

Not good vacation

It was close to the beach

Cons:

The place was dirty, not comfortable, dirty sink, floor, the personal rude, the rooms were not ready on time, the pool was so filthy and the halls stinky and dirty

I'm a senior , and ma and my grands were booked on the 4th floor. There was not a luggage rack when we arrived. I looked on other floors after the front desk said they are probably in someones room. We had ro make numerous trips to get everything up there. There was not one available a for 3 days. I asked front desk repeatedly, someone probably has them in their room. I had to hunt for someone on another floor to get toilet paper. Cleaning lady extremely rude. One of the Elevators quit working down to one. Waited for 15 minutes. Took the stairs. No children to channel's. Also every night someone moved furniture above us. Until around 1:00 am , I asked front desk if renovations were going on , "I dont know" was her answer. I explained why I asked , didn't seem to care. I expected so much more for my grandchildren experience on this trip.

The beds were sinking in. Bathroom toilet stopped up. Middle of my stay had to exit hotel room to replace toilet. No amusement for children. No amusement for adults. No amenities service. Everything online was not available on site.
