Please note guests must be 18 years of age or older to check-in. If there is no member of the party over the age of 25, a NON-REFUNDABLE $55 damage protection fee is required. Please note the guest's name on the booking must match the name on the credit card used for booking. If the name does not match, the guest must contact the property directly for a credit card authorization form. Please note the guest lodging deposit will appear on guests' statement as RA Hospitality.

Please note the maximum number of pets allowed per reservation is 2. Only dogs are accepted. There is an additional $20 fee per pet per day. Contact the property for more information.

Housekeeping is only performed every 4 days or upon request.

Property does not allow parking for trailers, buses, boats and tractor trailers. Please note, one parking pass is permitted per reservation.

STAFF OPENED DOOR FOR DELIVERY DRIVER WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND I WASNT IN THE ROOM.
Pros:

Perfect location! The double deluxe suite was amazing. Would be wonderful for larger families or group of friends. I was able to bring my two dogs chihuahua and a yorkie mix. Balcony view was just amazing.

Cons:

First off and this is a big one. NO GRUBHUB NO UBER EATS etc are allowed to deliver to your room!! I did NOT see this prior to making the reservation. The two front desk employees were extremely rude and unhelpful. I was told my room was “on the gulf side! When the entrance to the room was on the pool side. I was carrying multiple bags two dogs and a purse all around trying to find my room. When the security officer showed up where I eventually sat down with my dogs and luggage he asked what room I was in and I told him. He did not know where it was and had to go ask. He was very polite and helpful. $20 PER DOG PER DAY is absolutely ridiculous! I would understand if the rooms were spotless but they aren’t even close. The bed closest to the ac unit had some sort of weave/hair. There was what looked to be pre stains. I had to CLEAN and I was charged $126 EXTRA for cleaning fees. Just plain ridiculous. Why not refund when there’s no damage. I accidentally spilled my dogs water and upon cleaning it up the rag was almost black. The MOST IMPORTANT THING is that I had went down to retrieve my items from Walmart since they wouldn’t allow deliveries, the delivery was somehow allowed up and the lady who was cleaning the room next to me OPENED MY DOOR!! So much for privacy. Upon looking at the paperwork I received there they should not go in the room unless I ask them to and I must leave the room with the dogs. My purse my everything was in that room! I no longer felt safe at that hotel. The overwhelming smell of marijuana happened quite often. The balcony door isn’t completely sealed so it would come into my room. The doors should be fully sealed so things like this doesn’t happen.

Somewhere to lay our head but nothing special.
Pros:

I liked how close the hotel was to the beach. And how easy the beach access was

Cons:

The room never got cleaned and restocked the whole time we were there. I called front desk and requested for fresh towels, extra pillows and rags and never received my items.

I would not stay here again.
Pros:

It was a decent location. And quiet.

Cons:

It was dirty. The rooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned at all. The bedding appeared unchanged. Felt like there was sand in it. There was a lot of moisture in the room.

It was a good enough stay for the weekend.
Pros:

Late check in is convenient; the hotwater was hot.

Cons:

Parking is not easy, as there are two buildings, and two parking lots. If one lot is full, you have a good ways to drive to the other lot, and walk back to your building. The room could have had better lighting.

Will probably not stay there again.
Pros:

Room was clean. Loved the ocean view from our balcony

Cons:

Walls very very thin. We were awakened at 2 AM by the room behind us . It was a male and female that were very loud and cursing and banging on the walls. It went on for an hour or more!
