Please note guests must be 18 years of age or older to check-in. If there is no member of the party over the age of 25, a NON-REFUNDABLE $55 damage protection fee is required. Please note the guest's name on the booking must match the name on the credit card used for booking. If the name does not match, the guest must contact the property directly for a credit card authorization form. Please note the guest lodging deposit will appear on guests' statement as RA Hospitality.

Please note the maximum number of pets allowed per reservation is 2. Only dogs are accepted. There is an additional $25 per dog (max 2) per day. We only allow dogs. 2 max per room. Contact the property for more information.

Housekeeping is only performed every 4 days or upon request.

Great view, Affordable, Plenty of parking
Pros:

The room was clean but smaller than what I was expecting. The view from my back door was absolutely beautiful. I spent most of my time there outside enjoying the landscape and beach. I'd definitely rent here again.

Cons:

The room was smaller than I liked but otherwise ok. No complaints here!

Pros:

It being available

Cons:

It was a very run down place to stay, not clean at all, we had bugs in our room! I understand a hurricane just came thru but that was not the reason for the uncleanliness. We seen the staff working very hard on the remnants from the hurricane.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms looked like they had been recently renovated and were fresh and clean. The bedding also looked brand new. Had mattress protectors and everything. The only thing was there wasn't a private balcony but you have sea views. Would definitely stay again.

Much needed getaway
Pros:

I love the expanse of beach this property has. The boardwalk has nice tropical foliage. Loved the beachfront restaurant too!

Cons:

The doors were somewhat difficult to close and turning the deadbolt was hard to do as well.

Nasty, old, and smells like pee with large rats running around outside near the boardwalk and pool.

Cons:

The first room was nastier than the second. I asked to move 30 minutes after I got there due to the people next door standing on my patio and looking into the windows. The floors were filthy, and the shower had mold around the drain. Once I was moved, the room was somewhat better, and I had a view of the pool. There was one occasion when a large rat ran out from around a pool storage space and into the pool area. Several guests were present to see this. There were large black rat trap boxes around that area. The second room I was in didn't have working cable, and I called the front desk to report it. Maintenance came and brought a different remote. The problem was not fixed, and I had 5 channels to watch, of which 3 were sports. If you bring your dog, they don't clean the room. Even though I called and said when we would be out of the room. No cleaning, and I took out my own trash. The small refrigerator leaked near the door onto the floor. It was cold. The toilet was nasty and had a pee odor. I bought my own cleaner. I will never stay there again, and I would never recommend that place to anyone.

I really didn’t have any issues with the property besides maybe the Beds being a little small and water pressure wasn’t the best.. they never came to clean i had to call for towels every day.

Pros:

Very clean room, pool, right on beach, I had a very large room with a kitchen, and brought my dog.

Cons:

Ño bar soap, no one cleaned room, we had to get our own towels, ice machine way down in lobby, no lamps in living room. Shower from beach was broken.

I would not stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

The location was great- right on the beach, with east access to the beach and several restaurants.

Cons:

The room was not what we expected. We thought there would be a balcony with our room type- there was not. We experienced a number of problems while there- ants in the bathroom, a cockroach that was about 3 inches long came out of the AC unit, the door didn't close well, there were screws missing on the upper railing of the bunk bed, and others screws really lose so that my child didn't feel safe sleeping up there. There were gaps in the faux wood floor in the room, and cracks along the walls and ceiling.
