Alles in Allem entsprach der Aufenthalt unseren Erwartungen (Familienausflug Shopping/Strand)

Die Lage ist optimal wenn man Badeferien macht. Für Shopping-Tour würde ich ein gleichwertiges Hotel in der Innenstadt empfehlen. Das Frühstück entspricht einem *****Hotel.

Cons:

Weder das Hallenbad noch der Aussenpool waren geheizt. (Anreise anfangs Oktober) Das Meer war wesentlich wärmer. Leider wurde bei der Buchung nicht angegeben, dass Renovierungsarbeiten auf den Terrassen über dem 1. Stock stattfinden. Beschwerde an der Reception hatte aber zur Folge, dass 2 Nächte mit ermässigtem Preis abgerechnet wurden. Das wiederum war kulant. Dinner müssen angemeldet werden, spontane Entscheide sind aufgrund mangelnder Bestuhlung nicht möglich.

Cons:

Baustellen Geräusche aus dem Nachbarzimmern. Die Gärtner haben um 07:00 Uhr angefangen zu arbeiten mit lauten Geräten.

Despite telling the restaurant 3 times on the night that it was our 30th anniversary, so disappointing as no niceties and no congratulations either, not even a small gesture on our desert or cava in room , nothing during meal , despite going past table with lots of vases with red roses in ready for putting on tables but not at our table, not even a candle! Souless. Restaurant food good value though. Bit of a let down to be honest for 5 star as service in hospitality areas and around pool distinctly lacking. . Room exceptionally clean. Cleaners amazing. One girl on reception amazing and one or two others but so so difficult to find staff to get a drink or snack on numerous occasions. Had to go searching for staff - most frustrating . May be half staff packed up for summer - seemed to be running on skeletal staff although lots - counted 8 - behind reception at one point just socialising not doing anything as when distinct lack of anybody serving drinks. This hotel is not a 5 star!

Superhärligt och bra hotell. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal!

Frukosten var väldigt bra. Gillade att det var så mycket färsk frukt.

Kanske att det var fler solbäddar vid poolen. Det fanns alltid plats men då fick man ta en stol.
