Great view and great breakfast.
Pros:

The view form the room was nice and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

Too far form the city and where things were happening. The workout area was pretty weak.

Pros:

colazione di alto livello, super fornita! CAmera bella e super comoda si dorme benissimo, tutto molto pulito.

Cons:

Abbiamo chiesto di preparaci dei panini per portarli al circuito di Valencia dove eravamo a girare con le moto e ci hanno dato dei kit pic-nic un pò troppo cari anche se di qualità buona; per il resto tutto ok

Amazing location, posh hotel and great value
Pros:

This is truly a 5+ star hotel. Amazing location. Very quiet. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean, good size and modern with all the amenities. We stay here often. Each time we are extremely satisfied. The atmosphere on the patio was great to lounge in even on a cold night with lots of heaters and blankets. It's a fantastic value. We have yet to try their Spa but we hear it is great.

Worst Stay In Years!
Pros:

Hospitality is all about common sense. I booked 2 nights at this property and extended by one more night. The hotel (Manager on Duty Ramon) explained that because the second reservation was for one night, the hotel collection rates would not be honored. The technical details were so petty and awkward and the amount he decided to charge as an upsell without me having to move rooms was tiny. The waste of time and how he made me feel ruined my stay not only in this hotel but also in Spain. The cold, inhumane nature of the communication, the strange technicalities introduced to argue that I had to pay a supplement made it all sad and wasteful. Thank you for ruining my Sunday, my stay in Valencia and my visit to Spain - Ramon.
Otherwise, the hotel is a bit tired and housekeeping is slow and misses service. The spa is dated and breakfast selection is average. The location is very nice as the property is on the beach. It might be the only game in town. What a sad ending to my stay here.

Everything, we had a lovely stay after Christmas in the new year, walking to the beach to chill out! Breakfast was amazing, we loved everything and will defo go again

Sincèrement, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir à une autre période...
Pros:

Le Personnel est accueillant et très professionnel.
Les chambres sont faites 2 fois par jour, voir plus...ce qui nous a agréablement surpris.
L'accès à tous les services est assez aisé et l'ambiance générale est très appréciable.
Le petit déjeuner continental est plus que généreux et très gouteux.

Cons:

Rien dans l'ensemble si ce n'est les interrupteurs de certaines fonctions du spa qui mériteraient d'être contrôlés.

Csodalatos, kifogástalan, tiszta, maximalis felszereltségű szálloda, segítőkész, kedves személyzet, gazdag , jó.minőségű reggeli kínálat!🤩

Cons:

A vacsorát megkóstoltuk volna, ha a napi taxizas oda- vissza nem nyelte volna el a pénzünket. Esetleg egy transzferbusz a városba, szerencses lett volna!
Az uszoda vize csapvíz hőmersekletű volt. Úszás után, nem tudtunk lezuhanyozni, mert a zuhany és a mosdó csak a wellness árát kifizetőknek járt volna, akkor csak úgy, ha körbe sétáltunk a hidegben.

Super Hotel, etwas teuer aber den Preis wert
Pros:

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Ebenso das Badezimmer.
Speziell möchte ich den Service des Concierge erwähnen. Er hat uns erneut die besten Tips für Restaurants gegeben und alles gemacht, damit wir einen schönen Tisch bekommen. Auch sonst war er sehr um unser Wohlergehen bemüht. Einfach top!

Pros:

Das Hotel besticht durch seine Lage direkt am Strand. Die Architektur ist sehr elegant und großzügig. Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen.
