Disappointing
Pros:

Cons:

Left my car keys and a shirt in the room by mistake , never realised until I got to the airport , rang hotel on three occasions and nothing was found. These items could only have been left on the room so you can draw your own conclusions

Buena localización, limpieza y personal amable.
Pros:

La habitación estaba recogida, tenía aire acondicionado y un tamaño estandar ideal para dos personas. Nos dieron camas separadas tal y como habíamos pedido en la reserva, y también nos dieron mantas extras cuando las pedimos en recepción. Toallas limpias, recogieron la habitación las dos noches que estuvimos y en general un hotel silencioso con personal amable.

Cons:

La ducha era un poco pequeña y no había ascensor.

My second stay was even better than the first a year ago.

入住那天比较折腾，后续就还好，房间空间的确是偏小了

位置较好，离帕丁顿车站较近，步行可达，出门不远也可以去海德公园，附近有中餐馆，尽管在伦敦吃中餐价格不菲

Cons:

开始安排给我们的房间位于地下，进去后发现卫生间地上没有清理干净，通知前台人员临时重新清理了一下，但说实话，还是没有彻底清除干净，鞋子踩在上面有明显粘脚的感觉，然后发现房间内能听到未知的噪音间歇出现，导致我们无法休息，我们再次找前台人员协调更换房间，最后帮我们调配到顶楼的一个房间，但房间还没来及布置，后来前台人员临时和我们一起快速铺了床单，我们从地下房间搬移了被子上来，总算可以好好休息了😴

Pros:

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. It’s a small, family-run hotel in a great location, just a short walk from Paddington Station. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the person on reception always greeted me whenever I arrived or left, which was a nice personal touch. The room was clean and well maintained throughout my stay. I was very happy with my experience overall and would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

One thing I didn’t like was the lack of security when returning to the hotel in the evening. On several occasions, the person at reception didn’t check whether I was actually a guest. As a solo female traveller, I would have felt much safer if staff had acknowledged people entering the building or asked for a room key or room number, particularly at night. It was concerning that anyone could seemingly walk in from the street without being questioned.

Emplacement parfait, proche de kensington garden et hyde park, quelques minutes du métro. L'hôtel est propre, on y dort bien, la climatisation était la bienvenue pendant la canicule !

Great Hotel Great Location Great Staff
Pros:

The location was great and the room exceeded my expectations. The reception staff were exceptional in every way. We felt welcomed and looked after above and beyond.
It is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful part of London that I would highly recommend. This is a 4 star minimum hotel for sure. We will be staying here on our next visit.
