Convenient from King’s Cross station

Cons:

- Walls and surfaces were dirty
- Broken washing machine flooding water over kitchen floor when another guest put washing on
- bathroom shared with four other guest bookings - long wait for a shower when in a rush for early morning train.

Top um London zu erkunden
Pros:

Tolle Lage, nicht weit von Paddington Station, Bus und U-Bahn, direkt am Hyde Park. Pubs und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Ruhige Straße. Saubere kleine Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Frühstück sehr gut.
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag in der 4. Etage mit sehr vielen engen Stufen.
Die Dusche und das Bad sind sehr rutschig, habe im Hotel Bescheid gegeben.
Kein Safe vorhanden.

Etwas reizlose, aber funktionale Unterkunft
Pros:

Ausserordentlich sympathisches und hilfsbereites Personal. Saubere Zimmer mit einigem Stauraum und an der nötigsten Ausstattung fehlte es nicht. Praktisch/funktional eben. In der Nähe des Hyde Parks gelegen.

Cons:

Enges Zimmer, das sich nicht richtig abdunkeln liess. Es war sehr laut, wenn die Türen der benachbarten Räume ins Schloss fielen. Die Klimaanlage war ebenfalls ziemlich laut. (Wobei ich bei der Hitze froh darüber war, überhaupt eine im Zimmer zu haben.)

Left my car keys and a shirt in the room by mistake , never realised until I got to the airport , rang hotel on three occasions and nothing was found. These items could only have been left on the room so you can draw your own conclusions

Buena localización, limpieza y personal amable.
Pros:

La habitación estaba recogida, tenía aire acondicionado y un tamaño estandar ideal para dos personas. Nos dieron camas separadas tal y como habíamos pedido en la reserva, y también nos dieron mantas extras cuando las pedimos en recepción. Toallas limpias, recogieron la habitación las dos noches que estuvimos y en general un hotel silencioso con personal amable.

Cons:

La ducha era un poco pequeña y no había ascensor.
