Pros:

The location and the 24 hour reception was great. The room was small, but not really an issue since at the end of the day its just a place to put your head down after the day is over.

Cons:

The bed felt a bit hard and the pillows weren't great, but again it doesnt take away from the points I mentioned above

Perfect base!
Pros:

Arrived early and was able to leave my bag. The man on the desk gave me a map and was very helpful.
Perfect base for exploring in a great location.
Clean and very good value for money.

Cons:

If I had to pick something the bed was abit hard but overall was very happy with our stay.

Kameralny hotel w spokojnej uliczce. Fantastyczna lokalizacja. Urozmaicone śniadania. Obsługa bardzo uprzejma i pomocna. To hotel dla turystów, którzy nie potrzebują wyszukanego wystroju i wyposażenia, którym wystarczy czyste, ciepłe miejsce do odpoczynku po zwiedzaniu i do przenocowania. Stosunek jakości do ceny, jak na Londyn, jest wyśmienity! Przy następnej okazji na pewno jeszcze raz skorzystamy z tego hotelu.

Niestety ściany są cienkie i czasami było słychać odgłosy i hałas z sąsiednich pokoi.

Great staff and location, pleasant enough stay. Would come back again in the future.
Pros:

Excellent and attentive staff, who were very personable. Great location, close to many near tube stations, easy access to central London.

Cons:

No elevator, not necessarily a negative as I understand with the layout of the building and the process of fitting one.
