Nice hotel, have a potential for getting better.
Pros:

The location is stunning and close to Sorrento if you have a car otherwise the hotel has shuttle service several times a day. The pool is very nice and the parking is free and close to the hotel.

Cons:

The pool could be crowded specially in the morning time after the breakfast.
The breakfast is a little bit boring, no variation and if something is finished it takes long time to get more of it and sometimes they just skip it.

Il paradiso esiste
Pros:

Struttura meravigliosa, vicinissima al centro del paese, bellissima, grande, ma non dispersiva, con un panorama da urlo. Un pezzo paradiso in terra. Siamo stati talmente bene da decidere di stare una notte in più. Gestione impeccabile degli imprevisti, il team della reception è meraviglioso. Il ristorante interno alla struttura "Il Vespero" ci ha regalato dei momenti indimenticabili per il palato e per la vista. Ad ogni boccone, di fronte a quella vista, sembrava di poterne assaggiare un pezzettino alla volta assieme alle pietanze. Servizio impeccabile, gentilezza vera, non artefatta per dovere di lavoro. La piscina a sfioro è un tuffo al cuore. Si ha l'impressione di vegliare sul golfo di Napoli e di caderci dentro. C'è una zona idromassaggio e una fontana moderna, meravigliosa. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di pernottare al quarto ed ultimo piano in una stanza che aveva un terrazzo enorme (saranno stati almeno 400mq), per cui l'effetto che si prova in piscina lo si prova anche uscendo dalla finestra. All'arrivo c'è in omaggio una borsa mare con un paio di infradito a testa (anch'esse omaggio) ed un asciugamano in comodato d'uso gratuito per la piscina. Nota di merito anche per la qualità dei saponi/shampoo: l'albergo usa esclusivamente la linea "Florio" di Ortigia, esperienza unica e mai rinvenuta anche in altri alberghi 5 stelle. Colazione luculliana, il comparto salato è un sogno ad occhi aperti, dalle mozzarelle di bufala (di vario tipo, persino affumicate), sino ai contorni, peperoni, melanzane, patate, funghi, fagioli, uova, bacon e altro ancora. Quanto ai dolci, anche qui c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta: dalla piccola pasticceria alle torte, c'è semplicemente tutto. Parcheggio enorme gratis, con cancello automatico. Letti comodissimi, è stato tutto meraviglioso. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!!

Absolutely loved it! We’ll be back!
Pros:

The views were beautiful, staff really kind and helpful and the food/drinks in the restaurant very good. The hotel is in a great location with a local pizzeria a 5 minute walk away and with the daily shuttle that takes you into Sorrento. The facilities were good - nice, clean hotel rooms and a gorgeous infinity pool with plenty of sun loungers.

Bang for the buck at a beautiful property
Pros:

Erika greeted us with a warm smile. Rooms beautiful with colorful tiles and a welcome basket with amenities. The pool was scenic,property well maintained and the staff at the restaurant was happy and I want to name Maddalena as especially welcoming and professional
