Pros:

Nicht mitten im Zentrum, dafür naturnah am Orankesee. Zimmer und Bad nicht sehr modern aber zweckmäßig ausgestattet, daher völlig in Ordnung.

Cons:

Gewöhnungsbedürftig, die Unterkunft befindet sich im 3./4. OG eines alten Bürohauses. Die besten Jahre sind eindeutig vorbei. Es gab Probleme mit dem Freischalten des Codes, Dank Hotline lies sich das klären. Aber trotzdem gab es immer wieder Probleme, die Zimmertür von außen zu öffnen. Ich habe den Code in unterschiedlichen Geschwindigkeiten eingegeben und bestätigt, mal dabei Klinke gedrückt und mal auch nicht, aber jedes Mal habe ich mind. 10 Versuche gebraucht, bis ich die Tür endlich öffnen konnte. War sehr nervig.

Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen; es ist sehr gut, sehr sauber und ein toller Ort.

Cons:

Das Schlimme war der nervige Lärm des Zuges, und außerdem musste ich lange nach einem Parkplatz suchen.

Pros:

Kein Frühstück; gut war, dass Kühlschrank, Kochplatte, sogar Nespresspo-Kaffeemaschine vorhanden war.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war klein und wegen der Schräge direkt neben der Küche schlecht zu durchqueren; ganz schlecht war, dass das elektronische Einchecken nicht funktioniert hat, Telefonate mit AB, Rückruf, Vereinbarung, den Zugangscode per mail zu bekommen, nicht funktioniert, per WhatsApp zu bekommen, nicht funktioniert, nächstes Telefonat mit anderem Mitarbeiter, dieser hat es geschafft, email zu senden; ich stand knapp eine Stunde im Vorraum und konnte nicht einchecken

Pros:

Otel temiz ve rahattı. Online check-in kolaydı. Şehrin tam merkezinde olmamasına rağmen toplu taşımayla ulaşım kolay oldu. Odamın küçük balkonu manzaraya bakıyordu ve keyifliydi.

Cons:

Stüdyo daire ve yemek pişirmek için ocak var fakat yemek pişirmeye çalıştığım zaman yangın alarmı çalıştı. Yapacağım yemek de çok küçük bir porsiyondu ve çok duman çıkmamıştı. Stüdyo dairede ocak ve mutfak malzemeleri varsa yemek yapabilmem gerekiyordu. Yangın alarmı öterken otelde görevli bulamadığım için susmasını beklemek zorunda kaldım.

A good stay given the price
Pros:

Good value for money, overall a pleasant stay, position a bit outside but well connected with the tram line. About 30-40 minutes from the city center. A few restaurants and services (like laundry) are nearby.
The property provides a coffee machine, capsules for good coffee, and earplugs for noises.

Cons:

Attention to detail needs to be better: the fridge was smelly and was not working; the socket multiplier didn't work; no socket near the bed; I booked the room for myself alone and there was a baby cot in the room, which occupied almost half of the free space: a little annoying.
The external front door of the building had an electronic locker broken, so it always remain open to everyone.
Worst part is that the front doors are not noise-insulated, and unfortunately it's full of impolite people on vacation that scream at night, have music on (also early morning) and kids that screaming. Had a hard time falling asleep withtout my noise-cancelling headphones, and I have been woken up by noises and screams almost every morning. Not ideal when you're traveling for work.

Кімната була маленька,але все необхідне в наявності.В цій же будівлі є ресторан.Поблизу чудовий парк з озером.Район тихий і спокійний.До зупинки трамвая кілька хвилин.З задоволенням зупинюсь ще раз,при можливості.
