Recommend the place for short trips.

Had a pleasent stay and it was exactly what I needed for a short trip.

Pros:

It was clean, safe and affordable - it says it all to budget travellers :) Special thanks to staff who was available online all the time and solved my problem efficiently.

Cons:

One room had super low ceiling.

Pros:

A really nice, well equipped, little studio. Some minor issues initially (fan not working on a very hot day) but these were resolved very quickly indeed. Great views. Very responsive via the app. There is a really nice open air pool/ beach near the property. Good shops nearby - a nice bakery, a large rewe and a Lidl. The area has an interesting history!

Cons:

Not the fault of the accommodation but there were real issues with the trams which meant that town felt quite a long way away. A major draw for us was the beach nearby but unfortunately they kept closing at short notice - again not the fault of the accommodation at all.

Gute Lage, aber winzige Zimmer mit spartanischer Einrichtung...
Pros:

Die Lage in einem Vorort der gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen ist.
Das freundliche Personal.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war doch sehr eng.
Am Hängeschrank habe ich mir den Kopf gestoßen.
An den Kopfenden der beiden Betten war keine Steckdose und keine Leselampe.
Auch ein Gerät lies sich dort nicht benutzen.
Es gab keinen öffentlichen Raum, obwohl W-lan in öffentlichen Räumen angekündigt war.
Es gab auch keinen Getränkeautomat im Hotel.
Gerade an Feiertagen mit geschlossenen Geschäften ein Manko.

Tram connection was good

Cons:

Poor quality single mattress, very few 'studio' kit c hen items. Very noisy with constant noise and chatter of staff from the homaris group who seemed to be the majority of guests. TV not wired in. WiFi good.
