Categories

Cleanliness
6.4
Mixed reports: several guests note clean rooms and bedding, but others explicitly report unclean surfaces, sticky worktops and general lack of cleanliness.
Service
8.2
Generally praised: staff repeatedly described as kind and responsive (helped with access codes, quick Booking response, friendly reception), though a promised fan was not delivered in one case.
Location
8.1
Frequently noted as convenient: close to highway, tram, student zone and easy access; good for overnight stops and transit.
Room Quality
6.6
Mixed: comfortable beds and some spacious bathrooms reported, but issues include old/worn equipment, broken blinds, sticky surfaces and rooms that get very warm without ventilation or AC.
Amenities
6.5
Several negatives: lack of air conditioning/ventilation, restaurant sometimes closed, occasional missing items (e.g., no orange juice); positives include dog acceptance and simple necessary facilities.
Value for Money
8.6
Strong positive across reviews: many guests explicitly mention good/very good price-quality ratio and that the hotel is a good choice for a stopover.
Food and Beverage
7
Mixed: some guests praise the breakfast as good for the price, others find it limited or overpriced (one comment about €10.50 for limited choices) and occasional shortages noted.
Overall Experience
6.2
Overall a practical stopover: friendly staff and good location/value, but room issues (cleanliness, heat, equipment) and inconsistent breakfast/amenities lower the general experience.
