The location close to shopping and eating spots
The room has an odor and restroom when turn the water on the shower curtain smelt like pee and lastly the pool was filthy had green mold residue the water was green oh and the large potholes will tear your car up
Staff was nice but property did not match description.
Very dirty. Lobby was humid and musty. Sheets and bedding were dirty. Cigarette burns along the tub. Paper thin door. You could hear everything outside. Hot water didn’t work.

The property location is great. You are not far from Navarre.
The property is okay. It’s somewhat clean. They have an ant infestation. They have renovations going on outside around their property for up and coming things which is common and understandable. You are not aloud to take your breakfast to your room. I went to leave with a plate of food and got told I wasn’t aloud to take it to my room which I’m gonna assume because they know they have an ant problem because I knew as soon as I walked into my hotel room after being checked in. I didn’t even plan on taking my food and my children’s room. I planned on leaving and eating on the go to get to where we were going. They don’t do room service and no one brings fresh towels or new trash bags for your room at all daily. We stayed here a week and didn’t see a soul. We had to goto the front desk each time. I just feel like the staff is rude and they act weird about certain things.

Ice machine didn’t work room was not properly cleaned boogers all over the bathroom wall. Trash in the drawers and dust everywhere.

The place was filthy, disgusting rooms, bed bugs on the beds and headboards, garbage in the room and dirty bed linen, cigarette smell!
The staff was rude and they keep your deposit for having company

Front desk staff was very friendly.
The grounds were filthy filled with cigarette butts and trash, elevator door completely filthy, upon entering the room I had to search for a working lamp or light switch, only one lamp worried in the room, mold in the bathroom and other guests hair in shower, wooden bedframe with an inch of dust and all furniture and doors in the room were completely disgusting, late hours of the night to the early morning my daughter and I heard people fighting, yelling and cussing right by our door, needles to say I checked out immediately in the morning and will never return!!!
Breakfast was excellent. I thought the exterior grounds should have been cleaned better. Trash,debris, sticks and leaves through out the parking areas.
Outside
Breakfast was VERY basic, but the biggest annoyance was they don't allow you to bring it back to your room, so I had to get my family dressed, and sit in the lobby while we all ate. The room was okay, but the freezer has a ton of ice and food in it. Staff threw a fit about having service dogs. Looks very run down, and having an empty building next door doesn't help, but also not their fault. Just expected more due to the quality of the la Quinta back home. Won't be coming back here. The price is great though, but don't forget the $100 deposit when you come.
