It was quiet.

Cons:

Elevator was disgusting, outside stairs rusty and full of cig buttons, rug was full of stains coffee pot missing parts bathtub looked dingy. Not up to LA Quinta standards I had found on other Lady Quintas.

absolutely nothing it’s in a bad location as well

Cons:

there was pubic hair in the towels from the last guests, the floors were super dirty as long with the sheets were pretty dirty as well they were rough. And there was dust just everywhere it was super gross.

All in all it was a nice, convenient area and we got all the rest we needed while there.
Pros:

I liked that this specific location was only about 10-15 minutes from all our big stops during our stay.

Cons:

I was not very fond of the stench my room had when i got to it, it sort of lingered throughout our stay.

Hello Booking.com Team,

The environment at the property was very dirty. There were mosquitoes in the room, and the bed sheets were dirty as well. When I requested to cancel because I did not feel comfortable staying there and honestly felt disgusted by the conditions, I was initially informed that I would receive a refund for the remaining two nights.

However, afterward, the manager advised that they would not proceed with the refund anymore.

Booking.com Team, please help me process the refund for the remaining two nights. I checked out of the property on Friday afternoon, 05/08.

Worst motel stay ever!
Pros:

Check-in and check-out went well, every other aspect of our stay was terrible!

Cons:

The phone in our room was out of order, There were dried blood stains on the wall, there were no towel racks in the bathroom. The only room light bulb was burned out. There was no soap in the bathroom or the shower. The door lock to the adjoining room was compromised. Our room was only cleaned once during our stay. On the second day our door key cards stopped working and we had to walk in the rain to get them replaced. The walkways were obstructed by old mattresses and box springs. There was a dope dealing operation going on downstairs with cars coming and going and marijuana being smoked in the hallway all day long causing the acrid smoke to enter our room every time we opened our door.

The room had a damp smell however great thing I had air fresheners with me….. how to spray the room many times within the day got up late last night and sprayed it again … Needed Extra towels informed front desk however never received them …. maybe they are short of staff
