La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Pensacola

Pretty dirty on the property grounds.

I didn’t like how you had to wait in line because they had only one waffle maker and you had to wait 10-15 minutes to make

The place is not fit for anyone to stay there. Dirty mattresses piled up by the rooms, big garbage dumpster in the front of the place, roaches and bugs everywhere. We could not stay in the place. It is not up to laquinta standards. I was very disappointed as were other guests.they refused to cancel my reservation.

The lights didn’t work in the room, poor electric. The shower was dirty, the room did not look like the pictures online. Overall not kept up, will never go back. Not sure what the piles of mattresses outside was about.

No cameras truck got broken into and wallet got stolen

I didn't like that when I checked in I had to give an $100 deposit but I did receive it back when I checked out. Secondly I did not like the fact that my room was not properly cleaned. We had to go to a local store to buy cleaning supplies to clean our room. It was also mold in the a/c unit. The pool could have been clearer but the property is located around trees.

The carpets were stained and sticky and pretty gross. I couldn’t walk on it with bare feet. It really needs an upgrade, it’s just dirty everywhere.

There was construction on both sides of the hotel. We had to change rooms because it was so loud where we were originally placed. The ice machine was broken. There was trash bags everywhere and trash cans were full. There were mattress stacked at the back of the property, where we parked and stayed, by the trash cans. There was also trash in the parking lot. The staff was not friendly or apologetic about having to move rooms. The 2nd room we stayed in had the ceiling falling in places. I have pictures.

Customer service was terrible, housekeeping didn't clean and after me having to strip the beds due to my son having an accident on the bed the housekeeping lady refused to bring me fresh linen, it took me asking 3-4 times before they finally gave me fresh linens for his bed not to mention, we had to make our beds ourselves, clean room during our stay. Room had roaches, bathroom door handle was broke, I also haven't received my $100 deposit back!

Always on the top floor instead of the 1st floor, even weeks in advance.of booking

No kitchen in the suite and stuff were falling from the ceiling near the coffee pot.

The room had roaches, bed bugs, bed was dirty, smelled like urine… very bad

I am beyond unsatisfied with your disrespectful front desk Amanda ... The way she speaks to paying customers is unreal ... I can only imagine how she speaks to the other paying customers that book reservations at this establishment ...

It literally all started from the tub in room 364 wouldn't turn off. We asked for maintenance to go up and fix it so the tub would stop running ... And Amanda said we don't have maintenance ... So then we asked her, So what do you want us to do? Just let it run and she said we don't have maintenance.

I said so what are y'all going to do when it floods? Then she continued to ask why we didn't call from the phone in the hotel room ... And the hotel room phone didn't work so that's why we couldn't call from the hotel phone in the room.

I had been calling your hotel for over an hour with no answer. I am completely unsatisfied with the service.. This was my first time ever booking a La Quinta and as of right now this will most definitely be my last.
