L’hotel è in una posizione comoda rispetto al centro e all’aeroporto, anche se rimane una zona a me non gradita. L’appartamento era nuovo , pulito e funzionale. La colazione era varia e soddisfacente per il prezzo pagato.

Cons:

Avevo richiesto il letto matrimoniale e ci sono stati assegnati letti singoli. La gestione del personale rispetto al problema è stata assolutamente deludente. Ci hanno assicurato che il giorno seguente avrebbero rimediato, ciò non è stato fatto. In seguito ci è stato detto di tornare in serata per avere un rimborso circa il loro errore. Al nostro arrivo nessuno sapeva niente e siamo tornati per nulla. Il personale evidentemente non comunica tra di loro, se c’è qualche problema ti dicono che capiscono, ma finisce lì. Mi hanno fatto perdere tempo e ho pagato per un servizio che non mi è stato dato. Mai più prenoterò con questa catena. Mi sono sentita presa in giro. Nessuno del personale è stato in grado di gestire un mio giusto reclamo. Inoltre il condizionatore nella camera non era dotato del suo telecomando. Impossibile parcheggiare senza impazzire nei dintorni. Vi consiglio di pagare 50€ in più, prenotare altrove e avere un servizio migliore, non ne vale la pena, se avrete qualche problema, vi dovrete arrangiare.

Lage war super. ganz nahe am Flughafen und zur. Stadt . Bushaltestelle und Taxistand waren sehr nahe , viele Geschäfft , nahe am Strand 🏝️! Freundliches Personal
Gute Auswahl am Fernseher😉

Cons:

Check in gab es lange Wartezeiten bei den Stosszeiten Circa 25 Minuten!! Nur ein Check in … Zimmer und Wände waren undicht man hörte alles .Reinigung im Zimmer könnte noch bisschen besser sein .

Pros:

Totul a fost foarte bine! Curat, camerele spațioase, produse de igienă disponibile. Prosoapele au fost schimbate zilnic, iar personalul face curat în fiecare zi. Nu avem nimic de reproșat. Când am ajuns, aerele condiționate erau pornite și era foarte bine în camera.
