Beim Betreten des Frühstücksraums wurde ich direkt nach der Zimmernummer gefragt, ohne zunächst freundlich begrüßt zu werden. Eine kurze Begrüßung hätte ich angenehmer empfunden.

Darüber hinaus fühlte ich mich während des Frühstücks teilweise beobachtet. Als ich beispielsweise die Müslibox öffnete, wurde diese unmittelbar hinter mir wieder geschlossen. Auch bei der Nutzung des Kaffeeautomaten erhielt ich sofort Anweisungen, welche Taste ich drücken sollte. Da es sich um ein offenes Frühstücksbuffet handelte und zu diesem Zeitpunkt außer mir
nur ein weiterer Gast anwesend war, empfand ich diese ständige Aufmerksamkeit als unangenehm. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, in Ruhe frühstücken zu können, ohne das Gefühl zu haben, bei jedem Handgriff beobachtet oder angeleitet zu werden. Selbstverständlich ist Unterstützung willkommen, wenn sie benötigt wird in diesem Fall hätte ich mir jedoch etwas mehr Zurückhaltung gewünscht.

Die Anordnung der Speisen könnte verbessert werden. Die gekochten Eier wurden zusammen mit Wurstwaren oder ähnlichen Lebensmitteln in einem Behälter aufbewahrt, wodurch sie möglicherweise deren Gerüche annehmen.

Käse und verschiedene Wurstsorten wurden direkt nebeneinander präsentiert. Eine räumliche Trennung wäre aus meiner Sicht sinnvoll, um unterschiedlichen Ernährungsgewohnheiten und religiösen Überzeugungen besser gerecht zu werden.

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war insgesamt eher einfach und überschaubar.
