Pretty much everything!

Advertised pool under construction. Being late stayed being told 10% discount was not given. Breakfast was almost nonexistent and were down there by 8am. Common areas were very cold. Rooms were run down mold in the shower bathroom door falling apart remote did not work took 45min to check in. Would not stay again or recommend very disappointing.

Bathroom sink was plugged and I asked the front desk to please fix as gross stuff was coming back up. However nobody came to fix or even to just dump some draino down drain and plunge. Ended up washing hands and brushing teeth with bathtub faucet which was difficult with 2 people with mobility issues.

Hotel is very run down. Trim along the first floor is coming off. Room had a light burnt out. Horrible smell in room and hall ways. Room was booked and pool was closed down. Was not informed of pool closure upon check-in.

Terrible conditions could not get a refund or would have not stayed. Absolutely horrible hotel.

Beds were not comfortable and pillows too hard. Son woke up with a stiff neck that lasted 3 days. Pool was closed and not announced online.

There was a big spider web in the corner above the lamp.

We had booked 2 rooms that we requested be close in proximity or possibly adjoining rooms. The first one was on the first floor. The second one was on the second floor with a nice jaunt between the two of them. Not ideal for family staying together. Second room had no chairs to sit on, no light other than bathroom light and a tiny nightlight lamp. It also had no wall hangings or blankets on the beds what so ever. There were massive stains on the floors and ceilings. First room was better. The ac had trouble keeping up and took a long time for the fridge to cool down at all. But at least this room had 2 chairs to sit on, a floorlamp and a wallsconce. We only got one towel though. We were lead to believe this was a nice family friendly place but seemed more like an extended stay hotel for vagrant type people. The pool was functional but the hot tub was not and the pool itself was not great although the kids somewhat enjoyed it. We ended up all cramming into one room due to no one being comfortable staying in the oddly empty room with the type of clientele staying there as well. Complaints were made to staff about the room but said there was nothing we could do except for put in a complaint through the booking service.

Cleanliness. Vending machines out of order and bathroom facilities functional

Cockroaches! We were checked in for maybe one hour and saw cockroaches. The staff refused to give us our money back booking.com. Did not seem to care. Horrendous.

Guests who don't keep their dogs on leashes in the lobby where the desk clerk didn't seem to care. Desk clerk not concerned with one guest yelling and swearing at another guest because that guest didn't like their unleashed dog getting close to them. No offer to refund any of the bill because the pool was "Closed for Maintenance". We're charged a deposit for a room that was damaged in the first place. Had to change rooms because security latch was destroyed in the first room (what's the security deposit for, if not keeping your hotel up to standards?). The toilet tank only fills sometimes, so it was a challenge to us it. It's obvious this place isn't well maintained.

I have been fighting to get my deposit back. The property is just shuffling me around. Property was pretty trashy. Hallways are nasty. Rooms are clean.
