Disappointed customer

Like that it was clean

Cons:

That it said online it was a jacuzzi and they had none! It took us a hour and a half to get checked in. All we got fir our inconvenience is late check out! We were celebrating our 21 wedding anniversary came there relax and had to go through all that. After driving 45 mins. To get there. I was a little disappointed because we wanted jacuzzi to relax but we just stayed! Hope they fix this in the future for others! I don't think we will ever go back!

I love the ease of checking in earlier

Cons:

It was really nothing to complain about the staff was awesome the room were clean the area was nice the food was good so I had an awesome stay for just a weekend turnaround trip

Beds were comfortable - room was clean

Cons:

Breakfast was just okay - signs were posted about paying for breakfast and yet it was to be included when I made the reservation online. Desk Clerk clarified that we could have breakfast when we questioned it. We were going to leave without it.
