It was central
Everything. The hotel is so old. Old dusty carpets. Old uncomfortable pillows. Conditioner smelt horrible. No water in the room either. There is a water dispenser in the gym, but no cups!
The worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life.
De locatie was uitstekend en alles was schoon. Het zelf inchecken verliep snel en eenvoudig. Het personeel was bovendien zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Location was perfect for Central Park and nearby sites. Staff were incredible and especially helpful in assisting with a transport issue.

No breakfast at 57 offered. Go outside hotel.
Had to move from first room (due to odor and lack of closet) to another which featured a broken chair and bed. Bed not comfortable. Overall the hotel has ugly decor and is not maintained.
Lobby is dark and the former room used for breakfast/something is now cordoned off --- only if you ask do you know that the room can be accessed.
