Great location, room for improvement
Pros:

The staff, especially Diana and Pedro, who were always consistent, attentive, and it was truly a joy being greeted by them each day.

Cons:

Cleanliness. The room was dusty, which caused me to cough heavily whenever I spent time there. Perhaps implementing a scheduled deep cleaning could help improve guest comfort.

I had booked a superior room, but at check-in I was given a budget room, which was more like a hostel and quite unpleasant. I went back to the reception and, after some insistence, they finally gave me the room I had originally booked, claiming they had “exceptionally granted me an upgrade.” However, this was not true, as the room I received afterward was exactly the one I had reserved.
The reception staff did not seem courteous. I also noticed that after the incident, when I went out, they did not even respond to my greeting.

Not luxe, but really comfortable and well-located. Loved it!
Pros:

There were three reservation desks at check-in, and I was greeted warmly by all three individuals at those desks! The room they gave me was on a high floor and very quiet. The bed was really comfortable. There was a deep tub that looked very inviting, but I did not have a chance to enjoy it this trip. Next time! I liked the fact that the tv had a built in connection to Netflix. You use your own account, but it’s easy to connect because a QR code appears on the screen.

Cons:

Room service would have been nice, but I knew when I booked that this was not available. Plenty of dining options within a block.
