Pros:

food was very good

Cons:

as we were B&B there was no option but to pay for a full lunch when a beer and a sandwich would have been enough. there should be an option to have a snack at the poolside bar.

Being ripped off isn’t good and everyone burns their head in sand hoping it’ll just go away!!!!

Location was very good , didn’t really use hotel apart from sleeping but all seemed well

The place is nice, 2 of the reception staff were impolite, cleaners and food staff were all nice.
Pros:

The accommodation was very clean although tired and and a bit tatty,.
Most of the staff were friendly and food was ok, junior delux suite beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

There are a gang of thieves that sit night after night on the benches near the rainbow lamp post on the promenade outside Tindaya restaurant, they are preying on Barcelo guests returning to Castillo!
We were followed by them and we were absolutely terrified, we reported it to the concierge in Castillo and were told - “ People here are poor and have no jobs”!

We had booked a junior delux suite with hot tub…..
The room was dark with no windows.
The sofa bed which was also the settee was uncomfortable to sit on , springy and partly collapsed.
The door to the sink was hanging off.
The room 3030 was close to the entrance which had 3 metal gates than slammed shut with no buffer, one night the banging went on until 4:30am, due to lack of sleep and fear of it happening again we had to ask for a change of room.
The next room we were given also had a cupboard door hanging off , the bed was hard but the room was bright and clean and most important - Quiet!
We were given a 25% discount off our next stay because of the downgraded room but tbh I don’t want to go there again.

We were upgraded to there royal level which was a lovely suprise so could use all of the restuarants and site amenities
Lovely double room apartment
Breakfast good
But nice to go to a restaurant for service
Buffet selection okay most days.

Relax all inclusive con la mia famiglia
Pros:

Nonostante il cibo non fosse buonissimo per un italiano, ho apprezzato il fatto di avere la formula all inclusive e non pensare davvero a nulla.
Discorso a parte per il ristorante Rodizio. SUPER CONSIGLIATO sia per lo staff che per l’ottima carne brasiliana!!!!

Pros:

It was a nice stay overall and the hotel itself is very good. However, next time I would probably consider staying in a different area, such as Corralejo or El Cotillo, as Caleta de Fuste is quite small and quiet, and most restaurants and bars feel very similar.

Special thanks to Vincenzo, the sales manager, who recommended and organized a tour to Cofete Beach for me — an absolute must if you enjoy wild nature and almost Martian landscapes. The spa procedures were also very good.

Cons:

I would have liked the pools to be a bit warmer, and the food to vary more from day to day.

Pros:

Excellent buffet avec beaucoup de choix, des fruits frais et murs.
Literie excellente, y compris pour le lit parapluie du bébé où il y a un matelas fourni en plus
Personnel très aimable et disponible sauf la réceptionniste le 1er jour qui m'a dit "qu'il y avait du monde qui attendait derrière moi" quand je posais des questions (et quand je me suis retournée il n'y avait personne...).
Emplacement central sur l'île, la plage n'est pas très belle mais un peu plus abritée et peu profonde donc bien avec des petits.

Cons:

Les piscines ne sont pas chauffées.
Les activités ne sont pas très bien expliquées, on vous renvoit à une application, c'est un peu impersonnel.
Rien n'est fourni dans la kitchenette de l'appartement, trois pauvres assiettes, même pas assez de couverts pour 4, pas de condiments de base, ni d'éponges ou torchon...

Una vacanza molto rilassante in una struttura perfetta per la posizione e perfettamente funzionante
Pros:

La posizione rende sicuramente unica la struttura nonché la possibilità di usufruire di tutti i servizi di hotel villaggio e bungalow come se fosse un'unica struttura che si estende lungo tutto la spiaggia di Caleta de Fuste.
IL bagno con doccia ampia
Tutte le piscine e la palestra ottimamente funzionanti e incluse nel prezzo.
Le piscine e le sdraio non sono mai risultate affollate nonostante la struttura fosse piena.
Tutte le strutture sono molto ben manutenzionate (non è facile nè garantito che avvenga nelle Isole Canarie).
Il personale è numeroso e sempre presente; tutto il personale con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare è stato attento, gentile e cordiale.
La colazione sufficientemente ricca e varia. Verdura cotta e fresca, frutta fresca, pane, dolci, ... a volontà.
Animazione e spettacoli serali ben fatti in una bella struttura.
Santa Messa ospitata in struttura e multilingue.
La possibilità di fare una comoda doccia e di cambiarsi in uno spogliatoio nel pomeriggio dell'ultimo giorno dopo aver fatto il check out; il servizio ci ha consentito di fruire dell'ultimo giorno al meglio attendendo rilassati in piscina in albergo il volo fino alle 16.

Cons:

il materasso dei letti: molto poco sostenuto, affossato;
il letto non era matrimoniale ma era ottenuto da due letti vicini con lenzuola e piumino singoli.
Il soffione della doccia sparava l'acqua in ogni direzione, forse sarebbe stato da manutenzione.
