El trato del personal de habitaciones

Cons:

-1. No se atendió mi reclamación ni se me informó ni me dieron ninguna solución al problema.
El problema fue que en el cuadro general de la luz en la habitación se oía un ruido como de una reactancia que durante la noche se hacía más insoportable para mis oídos.
-2. La zona de animación ( si se le puede llamar así) es indigna para un hotel de la cadena Barcelo, solo pueden disfrutar de las actuaciones unos pocos que acotan el espacio de unos pocos sillones de hecho yo solo pude estar dos días y de pie porque no había sitio suficiente. Esto señor director es muy mejorable.
-3. Demasiado celo de los camareros del comedor, para recoger las mesas, más de una vez me he levantado de la mesa para coger algo del bufet y cuando he vuelto no tenía ni plato, ni cubiertos ni vaso.
-4. Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas deja mucho que desear el mobiliario del comedor, he visto mesas deterioradas.
-5, Menú escaso en cuanto a variedad y repetitivo en comparación con el menú del hotel Barcelo Lanzarote Active Resort de la misma categoría.

El buffet tiene mucha variedad. Las instalaciones limpias y cuidadas.
Los trabajadores muy amables

Cons:

En la media pensión no entran las bebidas.
Las camas y las almohadas eran muy incomodas, deberían renovarlas.

Sehr schöne Suites mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Top ausgerüstet und sehr sauber. Betten ultra bequem.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reich und hat vieles zu bieten. Man muss sich aber bewusst sein, dass es sehr sehr laut ist und viele Leute und Kinder hat. Für Familien natürlich top.

La habitación
La atención de un metre mayor calvo aunque suene mal decirlo porque no llegue a saber cómo se llamaba el cual nos permitió cenar aún estando apunto de cerrar el bufet
También José Mari de la perlita que es un buen profesional y mejor persona sin duda lo mejor del Barceló si llega este mensaje a sus oídos darle recuerdos de los de madrid los del barraquito
Y lo peor la camarera del restaurante italiano Dolce Vita que aún estando en horario de darnos de cenar que eran la 21:15 cuando pasamos nos dijo que certaba a las 21:15 siendo esa hora . No entiendo como alguien puede estar trabajando de cara al público y hacer eso . Por lo demás todo genial fin de semana del 22 /05 al 24/05.

Heel fijn resort voor gezinnen
Pros:

Bijzonder prettig resort. Personeel is buitengewoon vriendelijk en zeer attent richting kinderen. Buffetrestaurant is goed, met een redelijk grote buitenruimte. Voldoende ruimte bij het zwembad, al waren er wel wat weinig schaduwplekken beschikbaar als je wat later aankwam. Animatieteam was ook top.

Cons:

Douches werden pas warm heel lang wachten, en de waterdruk was heel laag.
Doordat Barcelo een zeer groot deel van de resorts langs het strand heeft (en de andere ketens de rest) is er niet heel veel leuks te vinden om te eten dat niet bij een resort hoort.

Mooi en verzorgd resort met goed eten en leuke entertainment, maar onduidelijkheid over het all inclusive concept.
Pros:

De bungalow werd elke dag netjes en zorgvuldig schoongemaakt. Ook was er iedere avond live muziek en leuk entertainment, wat voor veel sfeer zorgde. Het eten en drinken bij de restaurants en bars die binnen ons arrangement vielen waren erg lekker en gevarieerd. Vooral fijn dat het aanbod dagelijks deels wisselde, waardoor het elke dag weer een leuke verrassing was.

Cons:

Bij aankomst bleek dat we met het all inclusive arrangement niet overal gratis konden eten en drinken. Voor verschillende restaurants en bars moest je een extra upgrade naar Royal hebben. Dit zorgde vooral de eerste dag voor veel verwarring, omdat dit vooraf niet duidelijk genoeg werd aangegeven. Ook vonden wij het jammer dat de ligbedden op het strand niet inbegrepen waren bij all inclusive. Deze bleken alleen bij het Royal-pakket te horen, waardoor je alsnog €7 per persoon per keer moest betalen.

War ok, würde es nicht nochmals buchen
Pros:

Bungalow hatte eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit wunderschönem Garten. Minigolf hat uns Spass gemacht. Essen war gut. Schnell am Strand, schöner Pool. Sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Riesiger Komplex. Uns wars zu gross. Bungalow in die Jahre gekommen. Schlafsofa war so lala.
