Pros:

This is a great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Condo was clean and updated. Currently the exterior is under construction, but it was not a problem.

Pros:

Lots of construction and only way up to third floor was outside metal stairs to haul up luggage and bags. We were warned about the outside construction and renovations, however it still detracted from the stay.

Pros:

The only thing was they are under construction but other than that it was a good experience. The staff were friendly and polite. And the place was comfortable and clean.

Another awesome stay
Pros:

Another awesome stay at the Timberline! Clean, well kept, comfortable 1 bedroom condo with fully equipped kitchen and great black out curtains. Friendly staff, clean pool area, cozy resturant with great food. Renovations in process but you don't hear any extra construction noise. I did have a large amount (killed 5 myself and saw several more) bugs this visit but I think that was related to the renovation. Even with the bugs I will be back and recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in Snowmass

Pros:

The condo we stayed in was unique with a great view! Loved the decorating and modern amenities! A short walk to the pool that had plenty of towels available and pool floats and toys too. The adult only hot tub is amazing. Beautiful property!

Pros:

Building next to ours was under construction. Loud in the morning, difficult to walk around, not good to look at while relaxing on porch. Fitness center doesn't open until 10 am, making it difficult to work out before heading out for the day. Restaurant not open on the days we were staying there. Should be discounted for construction inconvenience.

I have to comment on service. Wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated all of staff. Wonderful job by housekeeping, all at front desk, and young man who drove us to airport

Pros:

Hotel was under heavy renovations. Had workers cutting materials and making lots of noise right outside our room. Unacceptable.

Pros:

1) Area is under a ton of construction which was not noted upon booking so there is no view from the balcony which was the entire purpose of my booking
2) Most businesses in Snowmass were closed or having huge issues on a Saturday evening in July. Terrible place to stay.

Pros:

The construction was too much on the way of views. To many steps to get up to condo. 1 shower for 8 people is not enough. Way to small for 4 afults

Pros:

The patio door was the only fresh and cool air but curtains weren't big enough to cover. The workers right outside were looking in. No one at front desk cared at all about anything. Very rude and impolite

Pros:

Liked the condo. Bigger than I anticipated having been to other ski condos. But they were doing a lot of remodeling in the area including the entrance to the lobby & the Nextdoor building. But inside our unit it was very quiet. But once u left it was very loud. Also many restaurants & shops weren’t open yet for the summer season.

Pros:

The room in my condo was completely unsuitable for an infant. There was no air conditioning, and I had to carry my child and belongings up the stairs each day — something I was not prepared for. I had no way of knowing beforehand that the unit lacked both an elevator and air conditioning. The heat was far too much for an infant, and had I known this in advance, I never would have booked.

Despite informing the hosts that I was traveling with an infant, no accommodations were made. When I requested to switch to a room with air conditioning, I was told it would cost several hundred dollars more — a cost and option I was not made aware of until after check-in. They also said they had no alternative rooms available.

With no choice, I had to leave and book another hotel — ultimately staying at the Viewfinder for $500. Had I known in advance, I would have booked there from the start and saved money. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund for the original booking. I sincerely hope the money they kept was worth it, because I will not be booking again and will be sharing this experience with others.
