Staff at 2am was very receptive

Die Lage ist ok. Zimmer sind groß mit Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Pool und Gym vorhanden.
Zimmer riechen unangenehm, Fenster kann nicht geöffnet werden. Teppich im Zimmer ist unhygienisch. Frühstück ist schlimm (Rührei oder was es zumindest darstellen soll), nicht vielfältig, zu viel Plastik beim Frühstück. Mitarbeiterin benutzt beim Frühstück einen Lappen für alles.
When we arrived in our room the TV did not work but we were quickly moved to a different room.

Carpeting seemed a bit sticky - maybe not rinsed well enough after cleaning. Also, bathroom doors were hard to close then very hard to pull open.

The Breakfast is always made fresh and the kids love that they can make their own waffles.
The lobby area was beautiful and worth having it there
