Location, spacious room, comfortable bed.
Size of pillows are smaller than the standard, although they have many on bed.

Not sure how to say this, some of the other guests. And I rented 2 rooms, one was ok and the other was NASTY!!! And we had to be moved to another room. Love the location hate the hotel. We won't ever stay there again!!!

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious
there was no free Wi-Fi for people who may need to get on their laptop to work or something you have to pay for it and that’s crazy for the amount of money we spent
also some of the houses keepers was loud in the morning

Tv only worked when it was unplugged and plugged back in. Pool and gym hours were inconvenient.
It was quiet and comfortable. It was about an 35 to 45 minutes from the beach we went to which was right across the street from Pier Park. The pool was decent size and there is a large hot tub by the pool.
The room was humid and I had a hard time breathing because of asthma and sinuses. It room would perfect if it had a dehumidifier. Breakfast was mediocre at best.
