I stayed here for a conference. The overall experience was fine - my room was clean, bed slept well, but a couple of things stood out to me.
Second floor bartender - this gentleman was unpleasant and demeaning to me and clients I was entertaining. When ordering drinks from him, he seemed irritated because the bar was busy, and even went as far as to call out one of my clients for wanting a mocktail, telling her it’ll take 8 minutes to go look it up, and telling other guests waiting he couldn’t help them for 8 minutes because he had to look up her mocktail. This was rude and embarrassing. This guy should not be in a customer facing role.
No Valet parking - this is the first high rise full service hotel attached to a conference center I’ve stayed at that didn’t offer valet parking. I get this is a first world problem, but it would’ve been nice to not have to drive around the garage looking for a spot.

First room had a musty smell, and I had to be transferred to another room. The second room was clean however it could’ve done improvement as I brought my own cleaning supply.
Front desk person wonderfully professional and very nice. I think name was Melody shoulder length blonde hair. Very clean lobby and rooms. Easy access to convention center and great room service.

The room was hot. I could not get it cooled down and didn't sleep well due to being hot.
I called and asked for an update on Nov 21st for a refund promised for a cancellation fee accidently charged to my credit card on Nov 11. (our reservation was never cancelled; we simply changed our room type)
The employee on the phone was very rude and kept talking over me when I was explaining my reason for the call. She was unable to give me any timeline in which the already posted refund would be issued. She also never apologized for the accidental charge. When I asked when a good time would be to call back to check the status, she simply told me not to call back and to keep checking my statement.
As a DOS at a Marriott property myself, I was surprised and disappointed with the lack of customer service, unprofessionalism and over-all rudeness I received from the employee.
