Cons:

Before I entered the room the door had scratches on it, once I entered I tried to put my things in the closet. Tried to close it and I’m the closet door was broke that’s why it wouldn’t close. My Bed headboard had so many scratches on it.

Decent Hotel. Unpleasant Bartender
Pros:

I stayed here for a conference. The overall experience was fine - my room was clean, bed slept well, but a couple of things stood out to me.

Second floor bartender - this gentleman was unpleasant and demeaning to me and clients I was entertaining. When ordering drinks from him, he seemed irritated because the bar was busy, and even went as far as to call out one of my clients for wanting a mocktail, telling her it’ll take 8 minutes to go look it up, and telling other guests waiting he couldn’t help them for 8 minutes because he had to look up her mocktail. This was rude and embarrassing. This guy should not be in a customer facing role.

No Valet parking - this is the first high rise full service hotel attached to a conference center I’ve stayed at that didn’t offer valet parking. I get this is a first world problem, but it would’ve been nice to not have to drive around the garage looking for a spot.

Great location if you’re going to the conference other than that, we didn’t get any breakfast you have to pay for breakf
Pros:

Location great option that I could just go right downstairs to go to the conference room

Cons:

First room had a musty smell, and I had to be transferred to another room. The second room was clean however it could’ve done improvement as I brought my own cleaning supply.

Pros:

Front desk person wonderfully professional and very nice. I think name was Melody shoulder length blonde hair. Very clean lobby and rooms. Easy access to convention center and great room service.
