Very nice hotel and so it should be for the price. We can always count on Hamptons. Our service dog was welcome and didn't incur any fees. Nice hot breakfast. Shower was a little weak.

Great place but the flopr boards are creaky
Pros:

The staff were wonderful, the hotel was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that the floors are very creaky. I know it may be some work but pleass get the floor boards secured better so that it doesnt creak anymore. It would wake us up when the people above us moved. Thank you. (Or floors made the same noise.

Pros:

Property was under construction, didn't have access to lots of amenities, but the price was the same. The floors are very thin.So you could hear everyone walking around above you, it was really loud at night. The elevator broke several times, as did the ice machine.

Pros:

No running water from 10am - 5pm, so we couldn’t sleep in and basically had to check out at 10am rather than 12pm.
Internet was painfully slow and I had work to do.
There was a wet spot on the carpet of our “pet friendly room”
We wanted to use the hot tub at night and it was pitch black in the pool area, even though the pool is supposed to be open until 10pm.

I liked the staff as they did try, but non-working elevator when on the top floor, 89 years old, after a long wait met walking up stairs with a bag, not leaving for dinner or the hot tub and to top it off, the TV was malfunctioning therefore nothing to do but sit in the room- so not a pleasant stay.

Pros:

i was on the 4th floor. When I went to leave the elevator was shut down. I carried an ice cooler, three suit cases and a couple of small bags to the car. I am 80 yrs old. it took me awhile.

Pros:

The room was clean and generally well-kept, and the breakfast was okay. However, on arrival I found that there was no shower gel or shampoo provided, which was disappointing. The bigger issue was the noise — the room was not well insulated, and I could clearly hear sounds from the hallway, neighboring rooms, and from the floor above. Overall, not the most comfortable stay.
