Velmi vstricny a pratelsky personal. Cistota pokoje i spolecenskych prostor. Obcerstveni kazde rano zdarma.

Logicky je lokalita Times square rusnejsi. Proto velky hluk. Duvodem byla ovsem i velmi stara a ne moc funkcni/tesnici okna.

Strategic location and friendly staff
Pros:

All staffs especially Kevin, Ceaser, Esther, Elliot, Ryan, Julio and Fran (and everyone whom we met) were great. Location was superb. It is a street away from Whole Foods, Bryant Park, Times Square, and Radio City. Fifth Avenue is a block away. Buses frequent the street opposite. Close to subway too. Washer and dryer in the room are so useful. The morning snacks and coffee are helpful. Heater was working well in the cold days.

Cons:

in April 2026, The room is quite rundown now compared to my last visit in January 2025. the frequency of cleaning (once a week) is not enough, other places offer more frequent housekeeping. For example, if you stay for 13 nights like me, you only got one cleaning session. This visit got more noisy at night than my last, the location is getting busy every season.

La ubicación es excepcional, la gente que atienden es de primera.

Cons:

El apartamento estaba muy bien pero no tenia luz natural. Daba a un pozo de aire muy angosto, no sabias si estaba lloviendo o habia sol. No recuerdo haber leido esto al momento de la reserva.

Wonderful one week trip to New York. The apartment was exactly what we hoped for: clean, quiet, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed and peaceful enough to rest after long days in the city.

The hosts were absolutely lovely and brought a smile to our faces every time we came “home”. Communication was smooth and genuinely warm, and we felt truly welcomed throughout our stay.

A perfect base for exploring New York, and we would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The surrounding area was very touristy, which made the atmosphere quite busy at times. Of course, with this central location it’s something one can expect, but it’s still worth noting if you prefer a quieter neighborhood.
