Wonderful one week trip to New York. The apartment was exactly what we hoped for: clean, quiet, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed and peaceful enough to rest after long days in the city.

The hosts were absolutely lovely and brought a smile to our faces every time we came “home”. Communication was smooth and genuinely warm, and we felt truly welcomed throughout our stay.

A perfect base for exploring New York, and we would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The surrounding area was very touristy, which made the atmosphere quite busy at times. Of course, with this central location it’s something one can expect, but it’s still worth noting if you prefer a quieter neighborhood.

Su ubicación es perfecta para ir andando a muchos sitios referentes.

Cons:

La limpieza es 1 vez a la semana.
El menaje en los estudios/apartamentos podría ser más amplia para vasos y tazas. Hace 10 años era el doble.
Limpieza más exhaustiva de la zona de la cocina.

不愉快的假期經驗

Cons:

我在訂房時，網頁上房間面積是23平方米，但是實際入住後房間小於20平方米。櫃檯告訴我這種房型，房間面積是不一定的，我的家人用同樣的價錢拿到一個面積23平方米的房間。如果我要換比較大的房間，每個晚上要再加價$350美金不含稅稅金，或者是直接放棄這個是11個晚上的訂房（不能取消）重新到Booking.com訂較大的房型。櫃檯一直強調Booking.com是第三方，所以旅館沒有什麼可以幫忙的地方，我應該直接到AKA的網頁上訂房。
我也到Booking.com客戶服務尋求幫忙，但是一直到現在都沒得到任何回覆。
這是我在紐約的新年假期，結果擠在一個非常小的房間，非常不愉快的假期經驗。

Pros:

Very friendly staff, Cesar was esp. helpful but really the whole team were great. The location was excellent, you really feel in the heart of the city and theatre district.

Cons:

Didn't like being hit with an additional daily 'destination fee' which over two week stay was substantial.
