Pros:

Beautiful location. Friendly staff. Great breakfast and even a wine and cheese hour. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Our bed was super lopsided, but still pretty comfy. We were bummed that we didnt have a better view from our room, but we booked through a 3rd party so it was our fault.

Fabulous stay!
Pros:

We had an amazing stay here. It was extremely clean, the staff were amazing. Beds very comfortable

Cons:

There was some noise from the road beside our rooms. But there was some white noise speakers in the room which really helped me sleep

Wonderful spot to stay in a great location where you can just walk everywhere
Pros:

Room was big and comfortable, common area includes a lovely "family room" with couches, chairs, tables, a fireplace and some great books with view of wetlands and this was location of a wonderfully well curated happy hour of wine and charcuterie, dining area in adjacent space also had view of wetlands and a deck where you could sit and eat. There are numerous great dining spots and the beach within walking distance

Great hotel, will definitely be our go to in LA next time!
Pros:

The rooms are large and well designed, there is a field and birds in front of the hotel (national reserver), wine&cheese every afternoon, great service, good value, stuff is very friendly and helpful, good breakfast, charming lobby with space to chill and read. Short drive to surfing beach!

Cons:

Some of the rooms are a bit noisy due to proximity to the road (closing the windows helps).

Het ruim erg comfortabel en het personeel was zeer gastvrij, gratis parkeren onder het gebouw
gratis wijn en kaasuurtje als zeer prettig ervaren, ontbijt was ook goed

An unexpected hidden gem near LAX and beaches
Pros:

Staff and hotel very pleasant and welcoming. Convenient to LAX but still had ability to walk to neighborhood restaurants the beach and beautiful views of the protected area. A nice inn to spend 24hrs between international travel.

On busier road than I anticipated but could still walk

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und schien wirklich interessiert zu sein, dass man einen schönen Aufenthalt hat. Das Zimmer war recht geräumig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und frisch und wurde bis zum Schluss immer wieder nachgefüllt. Die Terasse und die Aussicht sind super und auch die "Happy Hour" mit complementary Snacks und Wein war super. Auch der überdachte Parkplatz und das gefilterte Trinkwasser waren gut.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war zur Strasse, welche sehr laut war und so hatten wir leider sehr wenig Schlaf. Das nächste Mal würde ich nach einem Zimmer zum Naturschutzgebiet fragen. Leider gab es diesmal keine Möglichkeit zu wechseln, da alles ausgebucht war.
