Pros:

A great place to stay at reasonable cost there is a big shopping mall (Ngamwongwan Mall) 5 minutes walk away surrounding area is inner city and busy roads plus some small side roads but overall fine for a place to stay

Budget hotel with full service price.
Pros:

We could have gotten walk in rate 1000baht less than we paid (thanks to Agoda) and that would be fair for this place as it's clean and has the basics. No more. Breakfast is an absolute insult to be charged for, and pretty pointless even if included. Instant coffee?! Perfect for busses full of Chinese tourists which seems exactly what it's set up for. Zero frills, zero comfort, very poor value at list price . Acceptable at 50-70% "discounted" rate. (1200-1500baht). Our room was described as "city" view but I think they misspelled it.

Great location
Pros:

This is a new hotel in the area with lots of room of expansion and services

This is somehow like a boutique hotel with the Mall shopping centre 5 min walk away

The space is difficult to locate due to its newness and location though.

And this place is for sure difficult to get a cab and can be quite near to jammed roads.

Staff service and helpfulness is A+++
