NOOIT WEER!!!

Redelijk makkelijk vanaf de snelweg aan te rijden.

Cons:

Wat een deceptie. Duidelijk een coffee bar–concept dat denkt ook nog even een hotel te kunnen exploiteren. De systemen die het personeel moeten vervangen werken niet en sluiten niet op elkaar aan.

Dagen vooraf word je al bestookt met e-mails om online in te checken, maar dat blijkt onmogelijk: er wordt geen QR-code meegestuurd en de link werkt niet. Vervolgens moet je bij aankomst verplicht inchecken via een terminal. De reservering was volledig aangevuld en betaald, maar er werd geen sleutel uitgegeven.

Na het bellen van drie verschillende telefoonnummers en ruim 15 minuten in de wacht — terwijl er nog drie andere gasten naast mij in dezelfde situatie stonden — eindelijk iemand aan de lijn gekregen. Uiteindelijk duurde het bijna een uur voordat toegang tot de kamer mogelijk was.

De kamer zelf was gedateerd, maar wel schoon.

De volgende ochtend opnieuw niemand van het hotel aanwezig of bereikbaar. Medewerkers van de coffee bar geven aan niet bij het hotel te horen en ook de mensen van het ontbijt kunnen niet helpen. Wanneer je vervolgens het parkeren via het hotel wilt regelen, krijg je opnieuw nul op het rekest: de parkeergarage — ondanks dat de naam van het hotel er boven hangt — zou niet bij het hotel horen en betaling moet maar bij de automaat gebeuren. Daardoor uiteindelijk ook nog duurder uit dan geadverteerd.

Alles bij elkaar genomen: nooit meer.

Die Lage des Hotels war ideal

Cons:

Es waren viele Gäste da, das Personal beim Frühstück hat leider nicht erkannt, dass das eine oder fehlte.
Besteck, Teller fehlten. Mit dem Nachschlag der Speisen hat es nicht wirklich geklappt.
Ich habe beobachtet wie Gäste des Öfteren das Personal auf Mängel aufmerksam machte, schade.
