Wygodny pokój, ładny widok, wygodne łóżka.

Cons:

Pokój miał awarię spłuczki, na szczęście personel dla nam klucz do pokoju obok. Mam wrażenie, że jednak ta awaria nie była zaskoczeniem dla hotelu. Sprzątanie tylko na żądanie, a proces check-in, choć automatyczny, to jednak zajmował więcej czasu i nie był przyjazny dla danych z innych krajów.

Gutes Hotel in Autobahn für Zwischenübernachtung.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal . Einfacher check in und check out, alles per Terminal.
Sehr leckeres Frühstück.
Zimmer waren sauber und zweckmäßig.

War für unser Anliegen perfekt.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Prei-/Leistungsverhältnis. Empfang war sehr freundlich. Frühstück war gut. Brötchen einer Bäckerei wären besser gewesen. Und bitte die PanCakeMaschine nicht nutzen. Ist ja Lustig aber nicht erforderlich für ein gutes Frühstück!

Für Personen ohne Begeisterung für Self Check In nicht zu empfehlen
Pros:

Das Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr lecker. Wenn man Sightseeing in Müchen und einen besuch in der Allianz Arena miteinander verbinden will, eignet sich das Hotel von der Lage und dem Preis sehr gut.

Cons:

Vorab erhält man eine Mail, um einen Check In vor der Anreise im Hotel durchzuführen. Die darin enthaltende Reservierungsnummer funktionierte nicht. Daraufhin riefen wir im Hotel an und uns wurde gesagt, wenn wir vor 18 Uhr anreisen, wäre das kein Problem. Als wir dann vor Ort um 10:30 Uhr morgens ankamen, um unser Gepäck schon einmal abzustellen, fanden wir die Rezeption unbesetzt, obwohl diese bis 18 Uhr besetzt sein sollte. Als dann jemand vom Personal auftauchte, wurden wir auf die Self Check In und Check Out Automaten verwiesen. Auch an diesen hat die gegebene Reservierungsnummer aber nicht funktioniert. Als jemand an die Rezeption kam und wir meinten, wir würden anreisen, wurden wir unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass ein Check In erst ab 15 Uhr möglich wäre und es erst 10:30 Uhr morgens sei. Daraufhin meinten wir, dass wir das wüssten, aber unser Gepäck abgeben möchten. Der Rezeptionist reagierte genervt und ließ uns daraufhin einchecken. Den Check Out mussten wir am nächsten Morgen selbst durchführen. Es funktionierte aber alles. Der Zwang zum Self Check In ist jedoch unschön und stört das Reiseerlebnis. Über die Unfreundlichkeit an der Rezeption waren wir sehr enttäuscht.

Na zalost nista. Nisam uspio uci u sobi. Recepcija nije radila.

Cons:

Check in aparat nije prihvatao moju larticu, i nisam uspeo uci u sobi. U 00.30h. su me ostavili na ulici. Na kontak telefon se niko nike javljao i pored nekoliko poziva. Jedno ruzno iskustvo.
