Zelf inchecken via een zuil waar meerdere gasten problemen mee hadden, lang wachten op een medewerker en kamers waren veel te warm (geen airco)

Wir haben ein frisch renoviertes Zimmer erhalten, klimatisiert, sehr komfortabel, mit Badewanne. Gute Lage für unsere Aktivitäten. Der Kaffee ist super lecker.

Service, vielleicht einen schlechten Tag erwischt

Frühstück super, tolle Auswahl, richtig lecker

Empfang an der Rezeption ohne Begrüßung finde ich bei uns in Bayern wenig herzlich.

Dame war nicht hilfsbereit und kurz angebunden, Stress war aber eigentlich nicht wahrnehmbar.

Check-in trotz besetzter Rezeption nur digital, kein Problem, aber was macht die Dame sonst so?

Dann, im Hotel rumgeirrt, weil wir das Zimmer nicht gleich gefunden hatten. Aufzug rauf - Aufzug runter - "Sie müssen da links durch den Gastrobereich" - links rum im Gastro durchs Haus, wieder bei der Dame am Empfang - "ja Sie müssen da schon nach dem Gastrobereich hinten rechts durch die Glastüre, da ist der Weg dann angeschrieben" - Danke wir haben das Zimmer doch noch gefunden.

Dass man nach dem Frühstück sein Geschirr selbst abräumen sollte, erinnert eher an eine Kantine, ist aber sicher dem Personalmangel geschuldet. Immerhin hat sich die Servicekraft bedankt. Ist doch auch schön.

Zimmer sind enttäuschend.
Pros:

Der Frühstücksbereich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind extrem in die Jahre gekommen.
Keine Klimaanlage und dann im sechsten Stock mit Fenster zur stark befahrenen Straße.
Rollläden kaputt, Bett total hart. Bad mit Duschvorhang.
