Die Atmosphäre, das Personal, die Zimmer, die allgemein moderne Ausstattung, das leckere Essen :)

Cons:

Das die Zimmer in der warmen Zeit die ich dort war leider nicht klimatisiert waren und es somit nicht ganz so angenehm war bei der Hitze.

24h reception? More like a 30-minute tablet ordeal

Cons:

Check-in was a nightmare. They advertise 24h reception, but in reality it's an unmanned tablet kiosk that barely functions and has serious UX issues. It took me, an IT professional, about 30 minutes to check my family in. Another guest who arrived before us was still struggling when we left. Save yourself the headache and frustration, and ask about the check-in process before booking.

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Die junge Dame hinter der Bar ist mit mir sogar bis zur Bushaltestelle hinter das Hotel gegangen, um sie mir zu zeigen.
Mit dem Bus 50 eine Haltestelle zur Studentenstadt und von dort in die U 60 zum Marienplatz. Man kann aber auch locker die 7,5 km zu Fuß durch den Englischen Garten laufen.
Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Bei dieser Sommerhitze gab es leider keine Klimaanlage.
Wir hätten uns gebratenen Speck zum Rührei gewünscht. Aber das ist meckern auf hohen Niveau.

Geräumiges Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, gute Lage; Check-in und Kaffee ausbaufähig.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer für drei Personen. Das Frühstück war für den Preis gut. Mit dem Bus kommt man relativ gut in die Stadt, und auch der Nordteil des Englischen Gartens ist gleich in der Nähe. Dort kann man schön spazieren gehen oder mit dem E-Scooter weiter Richtung Innenstadt fahren.

Cons:

Der Check-in war etwas mühsam, da er nur am Terminal möglich war. Das Personal musste vielen Gästen helfen, weil die Eingabe der Buchungsnummer nicht so einfach war, wie man es erwarten würde. Wenn ein Hotel „Coffee Fellows“ heißt, hätte ich mir beim Frühstück außerdem einen besonders guten Kaffee erwartet; dieser war aber eher durchschnittlich.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr abwechslungsreich, das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, Personal war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, diese hat nicht funktioniert. Das Frühstücksbuffet wird bis 11 Uhr angeboten, um 10 Uhr war mehr als die Hälfte leer, die Platten/ Brötchen wurden nicht mehr aufgefüllt, sehr schade.

Ich habe ein DZ für 2 Personen gebucht. Bei Ankunft keine Besetzung an der Rezeption! FAls ich mein Zimmer beziehen konnte, war es noch besetzt! Ein nackter Mann war gerade am duschen! Keine Entschulding vom Personal und es war auch keine weiteres Zimmer mit Klimaanlage frei! Ich habe das Zimmer storniert!!!
